I may be in the minority, but I think this video fits the song. The setting is a somewhat bleak city street covered with graffiti and serious looking people walking along it. Saying "What else can I do but try to have some fun in this moment?" is a reasonable response. And the dancer is clearly doing that. The variety and creativity in the dance is wonderful.
