  • Lol, 3 days of this guy spamming my inbox with his diatribes of how I'm a bothering him when I send him 1 reply to the 4 messages he leaves for me. Me thinks he's mad keke.

  • 1994, back when cops had to ask for consent... Thank you Patriot Act for taking away our freedoms.

  • Instinct my ass

  • and i thought putting something under my seat would make it disappear

  • What a dumbass for consenting to the search!! "I do not consent to any searches" and he could have avoided all this!

  • You can have all the cash you want -- and they'll seize it until they determine that you are not connected to some drug organization. Typically, most people don't carry 800,000 plus in cash. I've been questioned when withdrawing $40,000 at the bank to buy rental properties.

Just about all currency has some drug residue on it, although only trace amounts. The reason this dog detected it is because there were so many bills...with residue.

  • @pmgodfrey In some states, they don't have to determine whether or not it's drug money. In Louisiana, for instance, if you're caught with any amount of cash over a certain amount (I think it's $10,000.00, if I remember correctly, but it might be higher) it can be legally assumed, and declared to be, the proceeds of drug trafficking, and can be confiscated outright - no investigation to determine if it actually is or not - your cash is just gone.

  • @pmgodfrey You would have to be the world's biggest retard with no common sense to think that the microscopic amounts found on average bills is enough to trigger the dogs. I've read some stupid shit online but goddamn think before you type.

  • @HOaliyartMO

2:39 It's mentioned in the video. Perhaps you should watch the whole thing and actually listen to it before you read random comments and reply to them calling others idiots.

So, that would be you who's retarded because you fail at processing information.

  • @pmgodfrey

I didn't say it wasn't mentioned in the video, retard. I said you'd have to be the world's biggest retard with no common sense to THINK that is true. See the difference? I know that it says it in the video. I never said it didn't. You just wanted an argument plus you were embarassed over how badly I made you feel so you wanted to try to insult me.

So that would be you who is the retard for failing to read what I said properly.

Again, think before you type, you cunty moron.

  • @HOaliyartMO

    Actually, that is rather true.

I'm probably about 20 or more years older than you which that much more life experience. Do you feel grown up when you call adults a "county moron"? Go say that to your mother or father and see what the consequences are. Otherwise, go away, you small child.

  • @pmgodfrey

county = cunty (auto corrective browser) -- which by the way isn't even a word.

  • @pmgodfrey If my mother and father were cunty morons who have to try to act like you do then I would go call them that. Since they don't, I don't. See how that works?

20 or more years older than me? Guess what? Life experience doesn't grant you respect, that has to be earned.

Does it make you feel grown up when you try to start shit with someone 20 years younger than you online? Does it make it even better that I was right and you were just being a cunt?

  • @HOaliyartMO

I stated my opinion, pointed out what was mentioned in the video and you verbally attacked me. Who started what again? You.

    Let's part ways -- have a wonderful day. :)

  • @pmgodfrey Verbally attacked you? Look up the words attack and verbally before you misuse them anymore. Guess that 20 years hasn't done much in the way of intelligence. I get it now, we're supposed to show you respect because you're too fucking stupid to keep up in today's world. Who gives a shit again? You.

Let's just admit that I'm right, you're wrong, and you're sensitive little ego won't let you say that, ok? Have a continuously shitty life, though it will end sooner than mine....

  • @HOaliyartMO

You read my comment, you decided to respond with unnecessary language. That makes you the aggressor.

I feel so sorry for your family. You must be a bitch to deal with. My brother was like that. But then he shot himself in the head. You know what happened after he killed himself? I didn't have to split a $4.7 million inheritance two ways since my parents died shortly afterward.

So let's review who has the shitty life? Not me. I retired. My investments work for me.

    Sorry kid.

  • @pmgodfrey You must enjoy playing internet psychologist. It's a shame you aren't better at it.

I don't act the way I act to you around my family. They aren't dumbass kids online trying to talk about a fake inheritance and making jokes about a non-existant brother that killed himself.

I really hope you were lying about being older than me. I'm young and you seem really immature and stupid to me. Even I know it's dumb to make up shit to brag about online. Learned that one at age 10.

  • @HOaliyartMO

Instead of publishing everything here -- read it in the message I sent you. Check your inbox.

  • @pmgodfrey No, sorry I don't read page long messages from internet trolls. Maybe you weren't lying when you said you were 20 years older than me and all that trash. I hope you were lying because if not then it makes this desperate plea even more pathetic. I honestly don't give a shit either way but it kind of proves my point to have you crawling like this.

    Trolling, you're doing it wrong.

  • daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn!

  • The man was not arrested for having money on him. he was arrested for the small amount of drugs and the cops took the money for themselfs. clearly says so.. stupid top comments

  • for you people saying that "its illegal to carry us currency in the US" the reason they took the cash is because it was used in drug deals as they state in the video it was covered in residue, it also was most likely "dirty money."

  • This Guy

  • Wouldn't mind sneaking a stack of two into my pants.

  • one for me, one for you. one for me, one for you. one for me, one for you.

  • The police didn't have probable cause or suspicion to search his car, so why did he let the cop search?

  • stop them dead or alive.....sounds familiar....shoot first ask questions later....

  • john bunnell is one of the most corrupt cops that ever was, thats why he continually keeps saying how all cops are heroes and how bad people would be without them. he says the cash in this video was kept by police and used by police for law eenforcement,, what a lying mutherfucker. so they say the guy had a small bag of weed, so the state fined him 900,000 dollars. dirty lowlifed pieces of shit

  • This guy deserves it. "Yes i consent to search"

  • @Resollute my friend said he didnt consent and they made fun of him and did anyway

  • In my town if you have $15,000 it is a just warrant for arrest.

  • its illegal to carry a certain amount of money in cash.. thats no new law..and most of you working legally wont be carrying that much cash in a hidden compartment under your car :P

  • @Cody305v6 How much money can you have before its illegal? Where you're at, anyway, I suppose its different everywhere?

  • The man that got caught with the money is more than likely now dead.

  • ...A shining example of why we should NEVER condone a police search of our vehicles.

  • 3:03 this he say "fucking"? haha

  • @pimpdaddybaybay He said "It may have been a drop in the bucket for the multi-billion dollar drug business..."

  • damn the same guy has both top COMMENTS!!

    wtf does it take.lol

  • ok have a nice night...oh wait you have any guns or drugs in the vehicle?

  • cop feel smell a lot of money...dog was used just for show))))))

  • perhaps there was precisely 1 mil before the cops got to it ?? ?? ?? :O

  • Because having lots of cash is illegal, so the cops get to keep it... Home of the free???

  • @dlentz989 It was drug money dumb fuck.

  • @stabandhack1 Excellent point, thanks for your intelligent response. Now suck a fart out of my ass pussycleet.

  • @stabandhack1 Watch the video again, how do you know that it was drug money? Was that you in the video? Let me guess, you were sucking that cops dick when he pulled the car over and you were hiding on the floor board wiping spooge off your cheek. Also, why do you have to make this personal by calling names you ass hole?

  • They should have bought Gold or Silver. Cash is trash.

  • Bullshit, they get billions in tickets, and now this, PIGS!

  • imagine if that car started on fire. what a sad thing that would have been.

  • I would of said it was mine, it would of been a slap on the wrist for the drugs is all

  • Tip Off !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Why would you speed if you are hiding that much money?...

  • thats mr krabs favorite dog

  • Geez its amazing how people in here condemn the cop just for doing I mean that was a great cop its was the guys fault for having the drugs on him anyway's

  • its hard to believe there is people with this much money just driving around out there !!!

  • If he said no, the cop wouldn't have been able to search the vehicle by law. Too bad this idiot didn't know what consent meant

  • Way to show everyone where they can hide their drug money! lol And that guy is the retard that told the officer he could search the car! dumbass!

  • so i cant carry my money in my car? wtf

  • @GeorgetheYeti Welcome to the communist USA

  • i have refused a search even though i didnt have anything. they just went and got a warrant it took 3 hrs just to get the warrant.. so either way your fucked the constitution dont mean shit anymore. but it is fun to screw with the cops if you know there is nothing in the car if i get asked again i will refuse it again lol

  • Once he realized he was caught, how tough would it be as a cop, if the the guy (obviously off camera) said, "I'll give you $250,000 cash right now to just walk away." I'll bet there would be a moment of hesitation either way.

I wonder if they ever set cops up to find crooked ones? I'd have a hard time saying no.

  • @sendittobryce

It might be the guy was a mule who was paid to drive the car to a destination but had no idea what was in it.

Hopefully they were smart enough to offer the man reduced or even annexed sentence for information on who was to receive the car.

If they were really smart they'd turn him back loose with a wire and follow him to the drop off.

Why jail some expendable low level person when you can use him to find the big fish and actually do some real damage?

  • @Membrane556 Totally agree!! From what I've read, I-80, which runs 400 miles through NE where I live, has confiscated billions of $'s of drugs and cash. Nearly every of one the cars was pulled over only for speeding or out dated plates. No matter how stupid you are, no one is going to take any risk (if they know what their carrying) of getting pulled over with almost a cool million on board......had to be a mule.......

  • that guy is dead

  • WTF what if he won a million and he spent some on drugs now they took all hes money -.- stupid cops

  • now what did you do with the change?

  • You gotta see Fred Flintstone get chased by cops ala Family Guy!

  • but at least he put him down for 74 mph.

  • soooo, its illegal to have US currency in the US?

  • @dumfart21 You can have money in your car, but there is only one reason why would have that much... for illegal purposes. It is illegal to move money that was made in illegal fashion.

  • @dumfart21 No, just suspicious. And if the police can prove that money came from illegal profits then they can seize it.

  • @1989Muppet all the proof the courts need is the word of a police officer

  • Buy that dog an airconditioned upholstered 3 level doghouse!

  • what does he say at 3:02??????

  • Who lets their friend drive off in their cash car?

  • All it would have taken him is to say no, and the cop would have been on his way.

  • @Expenziive no really the cop would of said ok wait here we will get a dog to do a walk around and then they would of found it either way... saying no means the cop cant search the inside of the car but he has the option of calling in a search dog to do a walk around and they always find what they are looking for

  • Did anyone else hear what I heard at 3:04??!

  • He could just be a paranoid man who doesnt trust banks...

  • @brwneydgirl70

Could be but if that was the case the dog would not have went after the money.

The moral of the story do not accept bills that have been used to snort coke or at least clean them then vacuum seal them and spray the bags with dog repellant.

  • @Membrane556 Um all dollar bills have trace amounts of cocaine. The drug dogs can sniff out large amounts of cash because of this

  • I Like Money

  • There is what's called the "plain sight law" where a cop can initiate a search if they see something inside the vehicle. In all other instances they cannot search the vehicle without consent or a warrant, otherwise, everyone could be thought of as "suspicious' and meet the cops definition of probable cause. The cop let this guy go. End of story. Then he went on a fishing expedition. There is probably more than meets the eye in this case. They may have had give the money back. Drama made for TV.

  • The driver was never charged with any crime. The cops just kept the money, which is all they're interested in anyway. That cash would buy a lot of new SUVs for the cops to cruise in and harass more people. The Somali pirates have nothing on our own homegrown pirates here in the USA.

  • @lizard944 BTW, you've got sum pretty sweet RC planes on your channel. I've always been an avid nitro RC car hobbiest

  • Why the fuck was he driving 81mph with a million dollars of drug money with him. What an idiot

  • large amount of currency?? who asks that kinda question, I bet that cop was either too smart or too crazy to tear down the car.

  • ALWAYS REFUSE CONSENT

  • In this state the law doesn't need consent if you have been stopped for a moving traffic violation.

I can't wait to see what happens when little George Bush gets pulled over with lots of cash on him.........will the PoPo Man steal that too?

  • dumb ass he coulda declined the search haha

it should be mandatory to go to law school to be involved in organized crime

  • In first world countries that's called stealing.

  • So where can I get myself one of these cash finding dogs?

  • @CAPSLOCKBRO i need cash i would take it the cash finding dog to the bank or somewhere crowed with people and learn how to pick pocket

  • Damn. The C.I.A. takes another one on the chin.

  • how come he didn't get to keep the cash? what reason did they have to take it from him and not give it back?

  • @sassangorillaz You legally cant have more than ten thousand dollars in cash on you at one time.

  • I wonder how much of that went missing?

  • so what, i carry 1 million dollars in my car all the time.

  • That guy is such a fucking obnoxious idiot.

  • Damn that would have sucked..

  • What the fuck, why didn't the guy decline the search?

That cop had no reasonable suspicion at all to search the vehicle.

  • @CAPSLOCKBRO Because a drug dog will still pick up the money.

  • @CAPSLOCKBRO

Obviously he DID have reasonable suspicion to search the car. We just didn't see it in the video.

  • @CAPSLOCKBRO Reasonable suspicion would be the driver flying down the road at 80+mph...

  • @SomeonesShadow no thats speeding

    derp

  • @SomeonesShadow Actually speeding is not a reason to search a vehicle. He did not have reasonable suspision untill the dog hit.

  • @CAPSLOCKBRO Even if he declined, the cop would have gotten a search warrent. Cops win no matter what.

  • @CAPSLOCKBRO It was still a good thing he did

  • @CAPSLOCKBRO Obviously we have not seen the entire tape, and it did appear that the officer did have suspicions about this driver.

    Good job by this cop

  • @CAPSLOCKBRO criminals are stupid that's how they get caught

  • @CAPSLOCKBRO Because that stretch of highway is well-known for drug trafficing, cops are on high alert for it. The guy didnt decline because he is a moron.

  • @CAPSLOCKBRO None of these shows will ever say that. Most people are idiots and don't know that they can say "NO!"

  • @CAPSLOCKBRO The guy did consent to a search.

  • I hate the law, if you have lots of money, regardless if its stolen, cops shouldnt be allowed to sieze it. UNless a robbery took place that ties you to the money, then I think this is an invasion of privacy and rights! I won the money playing bj and saved it for the last 10 years you fucking pig! go suck a dick

  • @CAPSLOCKBRO It's because it wasn't his car (He even sayes it) so he didn't know about it.

  • Shit, If I Was One Of Those Cops I'd Pocket Some Of That!

  • FTP

  • Sounds like a setup, first time I ever heard a cop ask the driver if they had a large amount of currency...odd.

  • @helloogoodbyee In an area where it is common to transport large amounts of currency that is normal, however I have seen this show as total BS before with differing cars, altered footage, staged footage, I would believe this as much as our government claiming the want to cut their own spending.

  • @stygianumbra Your right after whatching the video again I had missed what they had mentioned, your words have truth in them, spoken like it is =)

  • @sdkkrew absolutly nothing if its legal money and has been taxed by the goverment, im gaurunteeing he couldnt account for 800thousand cash

  • Is not that the cop was too smart to ask to search the vehicle, is that the driver was too stupid to consent. The cop used the dirtiest trick in the police book. Profiling - Following - Exploiting the tiniest traffic violation (or inventing one) - ticket - creating a false sense of " you are free to go" - ask for search - find (plant) a small item that would give you the reason to call the dog - induce a false positive in dog's behavior (for the camera) - take him down. NEVER consent 4 a search

  • Someone got killed somewhere

  • why the fuck would he consent..

  • @SkiTheNW he thinks he has to.

  • so pro COP ,

  • So what would happen if this guy wasn't a drug lord or anything and he was just a rich bastard? What if he just said straight up that there was a million in the care in a suitcase? Would they just take it? Cause that's not fair.

  • @InfomercialRemixer Rich people don't drive crap cars with money hidden under the trunk. They put it in the bank....

  • @lionel21000 I know that, but just what if? He had a suitcase in the car, no secret compartment, with a million dollars in it?

  • @InfomercialRemixer If it was in a suitcase, along with the other drugs found it would depend. If the person stated the money was his it would be a simple call to his bank or to the IRS. Usually, the person (like this time) says that the money isn't theirs, because they know its drug money, and that is what makes it clear.

  • @lionel21000 Not if you dont wanna pay taxes on it.

  • .. whoever his boss is.. he's bout to fuck him up!

  • Cops steal money to enforce unconstitutional drug laws!

Taxpayers still paying for enforcement of unconstitutional drug laws!

Should give the money back to the taxpayers!

  • sdkkrew- , its not illegal to carry that money on ya in the car,

the drugs was illegal , thats what made them take the money cause he was a dealer ,

obviously now if you won the damn lottery , its legal to carry what the heck you want on your car money wise, drugs dont think so

  • Why did he start to search his car? He got pulled over for speeding and had no reason to search the car. This cop didn't use his "Instinct" he abused his power and got lucky, $896,518 lucky.

If the driver said 'No, you can't search my car' the cop would have had no power to search it.

  • @metdevil678 But he could still legally call the dog out there to sniff around the outside of the vehicle without the drivers consent.

  • WHAT DAY WAS THIS

  • watching the pigs touch all that money makes me want to fucking murder them and their families, who knows, this guy could have just been going to mexico and had a nice safe place to keep his money, and now he has nothing.

  • What was he charged with? They can't get him on residue can they? Well...I know they can since they make the laws, but you know...

  • @RavenMichaels He was charged with conspiracy to traffic drugs im sure.

  • WAR ON DRUGS LMAO ITS JUST THE GOV BEING PISSED THAT DRUG LORDS MAKE THAT MUCH MONEY

  • @daillestnigganyc

ya had nothing to do with the lives it ruined...

  • war on drugs.....blah

  • ok,, how is cash to be used for drug laws?

  • money sniffing dog :D

  • Anyone else find this ridiculous? He was ON HIS WAY, everything was FINE, but he got searched anyway. He could have declined the search, but the cop would have probably gotten a warrant. Most of the time they don't have anything better to do anyway.

  • Comment removed

  • I got that "impression" from the United States Constitution, Bill Of Rights, Fourth Amendment. Read it again. This time pay attention to the black stuff on the pages.

  • @lizard944 Cops can ask for your permission as much as they want to. There is nothing illegal about what this cop did. I dont like cops, but I know this one didnt do anything wrong in this video.

  • million dollars will buy a whole lotta donuts

  • COP ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THIS MONEY

  • Clearly an illegal search. The district Attorney and this man's lawyer should be fired. A speeding violation does not correlate to being a drug runner and the officer CANNOT act on a "huntch." There has to be clear probable cause or reasonable suspicion to search without a warrant. Even to ask the driver for permission to search requires probable cause. I'm surprised the ACLU isn't all over this. Hell, a patent attorney could win this case for chryse sakes! NEVER GIVE CONSENT!!!

  • @lizard944 He agreed to let him search there skippy . . . tell me how that would hold up?

  • @longgone13 There was absolutely no probable cause to even ask to search. He let him go, end of story. I'll bet this goon officer rarely missed an opportunity to search by asking for consent. He is playing on people's intimidation and being unaware of what their Constitutional rights are. Many, many people had their money returned for the same illegal searches performed on Interstate 80, some carrying more than 250K. They would take their money and never charge them with anything. Pirates!

  • @lizard944 its not an illegal search because the officer has consent from the driver to search the vehicle. an illegal search is where the officer searches a vehicle without consent or probable cause. he had consent which makes the search legal

  • @invincible751 OK, let me 'splain it to you one more time. "Instinct" or a "hunch" are not probable cause to ask for a search. Neither is a speeding ticket or a burned out headlight. There has to be compelling evidence such as seeing an illegal item in the car, smelling MJ, or seeing coke on the person's face. The cop is supposed to be the professional, and the citizen is the layperson. You cannot be tricked into waiving your Constitutional rights by an intimidating officer.

  • @lizard944 You don't need probable cause to ASK for consent to search...

  • @AFoamFootball You most certainly do need probable cause. If there is no suspicion of any wrong doing, then there is no reason to search. Otherwise, EVERYONE is subject to search. Also, the driver has no obligation to answer any questions by law enforcement. Look up Fifth Amendment rights. If the cop "suspected" something, he can get a warrant. Go to a judge and tell him he's got a "hunch" that something is up. See how far he gets...

  • @lizard944 I don't know where you got the impression that it's illegal to ask to search a vehicle, but I assure it's not. Nervous behavior is cause enough to ask to search, but he can ask all day long if he wants.

This video is edited and no one here can say whether or not the man was behaving oddly. I'm not going to try to armchair quarterback this video, because I was not there and neither should you.

  • @AFoamFootball-- Knowles v. Iowa “ Once Knowles was stopped for speeding and issued a citation, all the evidence necessary to prosecute that offense had been obtained. No further evidence of excessive speed was going to be found either on the person of the offender or in the passenger compartment of the car. ” --United States Supreme Court decision on illegal search, Knowles v. Iowa.

  • @lizard944 In Knowles v. Iowa, the officer did not have consent to search. I understand why that was an illegal search. It's all about consent, and the driver here agreed to the search.

  • @AFoamFootball Read it again. The court ruled that a speeding ticket or traffic violation is not probable cause to search, whether consent is given or not.

  • @lizard944 u do not need probable cause to ask to search someone's vehicle, u need probable cause to obtain a warrant to search the vehicle without their permission. any officer can at any time ask to search your vehicle, you can permit them to search the vehicle, or u can deny them. this guy consented to the search, which makes the search legal. im a criminal justice major and i have studied case law for years. i know a little something in this topic

  • @lizard944 After talking with my uncle, a retired cop, it would appear I'm not as correct as I thought. I can admit when I'm wrong. An officer cannot "fish" for no reason.

However, this video is edited and neither of us can say whether this particular incident is an illegal search or not. There is simply not enough information. I never said a traffic violation was cause enough to search, the man's nervous behavior or something else is likely what caused the officer to feel the need to search.

  • @lizard944 Wow, Im sorry, but every comment I read of yours makes me realize that you really have no clue about what your talking about.

  • I want to slap this guy in the pussie.

  • Did anyone else notice that after the dog sniffed the cash he was licking his snout, haha the dogs a drug addict!!!

  • guy was likely a courrier. Money was packed by professionals. Courriers like that get $10,000 per trip to move the vehicle from point A to point B. Cop was not smart, the guy fit the profile. Probably had out of state DL, with no luggage and had a lousy story as to why he was in that jurisdiction. Idiot, should of just stayed in his car and kept quiet. Imagine how many courriers obey the speed limit and never get caught. 99.9% I bet.

  • i bet those pigs will lavishly and selfishly spend it on themselves.

  • That money should go to getting that dog drug rehab lol.... jk jk
