The enterprise d has a flat curved neck but i understand its hard to make curved objects in spore.

it's not a cheat. If you type help (i think) in the console, you get a list of all commands. Only a FEW are cheats that work in game. The rest are for fun like, putting color filters for the game.

"Freedom on" and the "more money" cheat serve your purposes here. If you're designing a ship just to show off, use freedom on. Afterall, going past the parts limit means it cannot be used in game, it's just for show. I use this to design ships for my scifi; I make an HQ version just for show.

looks to me like just a blue flattened, and stretched cube with one of those moving spotlights shoved inside to make the glow move

heheh wat gogeta0064 is sayin the ambassador and galaxy both look alike but also ofc note that the galaxy and ambassador ship classes are very different in a lot of ways.

when i get back to brisbane and fire up spore on my accer im gonna try downloadin and enhancing this design with a bit of paint for the defelctor dish and possibly try imitating the saucer seperation ability since galaxy class is capeable of that ability lol.
