A problem with your (assumed) position is there is a balance between their right to assemble and the right of others to go about their daily business. What if your place of work or residence was next to the place others want to assemble? And what if their position is only representive of less than 15% of the population? Does that override the rest?

He refused me and he also refused my request for another lawyer. I went back to the US a year ago and was astounded with the change I saw in the police there. They have all become extremely militant and robotic. No one else seemed to have noticed what I saw. They all defended their blindness but their words showed fear of the police and any confrontation with them. We do need rules to defend us from those who would against our will harm, or endanger us, not to herd us like cattle.
the only people causing harm here, are those who job is meant to be to protect us from harm.
I wouldn't yell "bomb" at an airport because people could panic someone could be crushed it would endanger people and shouldn't be allowed... but not all rules are just, therefore not all rules have to be obeyed.

No where in the first amendment does it allow you to assemble where you feel like it only that you can assemble.... that is the legal reasoning for what happened here.
Now personally i do not think they should have moved the crowd back a block cause they had no real reason to. If you note they did not disperse the crowd just moved it back.
Also i think the narrator is a complete idiot who doesn't know what she is talking about. She has made the methods used seem worse than they are.

A problem with your (assumed) position is there is a balance between their right to assemble and the right of others to go about their daily business. What if your place of work or residence was next to the place others want to assemble? And what if their position is only representive of less than 15% of the population? Does that override the rest?

@inyourmind11 I thnk you and I are on the same page about this incident but that last statement, have you ever been pepper sprayed? Beaten with a night stick? Shot in the face with a paintball gun pellet filled with pepper? She's a bit "over the top" but people HAVE been beaten to death with nightsticks, HAVE died after being pepper sprayed.
I think an over the top incident like this means an over the top presentation is appropriate.
