i personally think this whole pirvate military company is a good idea. i think the only problem is that some of the people working for contractors like blackwater think they are above the law. It seems like a good idea if they can keep them under control and not just a "lose gun". People say that these companies have men that are "liscensed to kill" but that is what a regular military is. Um usually the reason one uses mercenaries...I mean uh..."private contractors" is because one cannot use one's own troops. In the case of the war on terror, we used (are using) mercenaries, to do things that our troops couldn't due to things like "The Geneva Convention" and various other "conduct of war" treaties we have agreed to uphold over the years.

I agree. A major issue here is that these men were working due to privitization of the military with Blackwater while they were working in Iraq. The whole point of the controversy is whether or not the PRIVATE contractors should have such liberty in Iraq, so I have no idea why they were shown in uniform. The whole point was that they committed these attrocities while working for Blackwater Worldwide, so I have no idea why they would try to make it look as if they were U.S. troops at the time.
