  • cameras are okay, and not okay.good to catch any caine of crime. but how about privacy? if I need scratch my ass! you think they gonna ask me for some shit for exchange?¿Hm.lollllll

  • Red light cameras have been discotinued in many places, they found that they CAUSE more accidents than intersections without the cameras.

  • I rather have a camera catch me than a cop... its 50 bucks, no points and you dont have to go to court. Ill take that over a fucked up attitude and a bullet in the ass.

  • in the u k these cameras are just a money making rackett

  • 100 dollar holy shit.

  • so true, its all about the money, the city is so crooked dealing with a company like that

  • Lockheed Martin, there's a surprise! Part of the military industrial complex.

Bring sanity back to government, Ron Paul 2012 or BU$T !!

  • In California it's $500 with a point on your license or $530 plus traffic school.

This is such a blatant scam to shake people down. The camera company getting a cut of the action is such a conflict of interest., it's like putting a fat lady in charge of the cookie jar.

  • Got these in Chicago and they cost $100 a pop. I tried fighting mine and I went before a lawyer that worked for the company that owns them not a judge. Its a fucking scam

  • Someone arrest that phony traffic engineer.

  • online jobs hiring today careerstartshop .info click this link

  • Good this video help people to understand this scamers

  • so your telling me profit is more important than people safety?? who would of thought?

  • 00:17 seriously? I see this guy everywhere

  • I just got one at Rollins and Millbrae , in Millbrae Ca. The ticket is $480 for making a right turn while the light is red. What high way robbery.

  • @gnneh I live in NY and mine cost me $50. The joke of it is that if you decide to pay it or contest it, the return address is in Denver, CO. WTF is that all about? I contested it, have a clean driving record and think the right on red rule is utter bullshit. Good luck on your decision as well.

  • "Tickets are a scam"

In other news, the sky is still blue, and cats like tuna.

  • @BudgetBachelorChow yep and I heard that water is still wet, imagine that!

  • RED LIGHT CAMERAS ARE NOW BEING TURNED OFF IN MOST CITIES! THIS IS NOW PROVING THAT THEY DO CAUSE ACCIDENTS FROM NOT BEING FAIR TO THE DRIVER...WHY NO COUNTERS AT THESE LIGHTS HELPING THE DRIVER TO DETERMINE THE LIGHT CHANGE? RED CAMERA LIGHTS ARE TRULY FAULTY AND NOW HAVE BEEN PROVN TO CAUSE REAR END ACCIDENTS!! ALL CITIES NEED TO SHUT THEM OFF AND SEND THEM BACK TO ARIZONA

  • it is a scam, and they're only helping make somebody get rich than re enforcing a complete stop, but they paint this cameras as a satety issue IT IS NOT A SAFETY ISSUE, THEY'RE AFTER YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!

  • Never had a RLC ticket, but they are a nuisance while driving. I've almost rear ended too many people, and if it weren't for my excellent reaction time and skills, I may have been in multiple pileups.

Assholes need to rid of these.

  • whenever someone drives thru a red light at a photo enforced intersection, i suggest they stick their ass out the window and take a diarrhea shit in the street

  • @EatmorDiningHall Hahaha! That was very funny! What a good sense of humor you have, sick and twisted sense of humor. I love it!

  • I told the judge that my wife was driving and the car is registered to me alone and they had to let it go without fining me in court. This is a scam like most traffic stops to make money. I've driven in a dozen different countries and the USA is the most conservative of drivers and the lamest. Look at German, they are hell on wheels with less accidents than us. It's not about speed it's about incompetent drivers.

  • Everyone's been suspicious of quotas in public traffic law enforcement for decades. Do they exist? Do they create a profit incentive? Does income become a higher priority than safety? That in mind, how could anyone have thought private traffic law enforcement would be a good idea?

Whether there are quotas (like in AZ) or there aren't quotas (like in CA), the city still has to pay that red light camera company's bill every month, so the city needs to raise that money somehow.

  • Revenue maker...not a safety maker

  • Simply declare all those contracts illegal . Screw private industry. Bunch of goons.

  • It's bullshit! especially knowing you have a court fee on top of a huge ass ticket

  • Every ticket should be given in person by a cop that is able to use JUDGMENT in deciding weather or not you were being unsafe and actually DESERVE a ticket. Cameras cannot do this and are complete bullshit. Just because someone breaks the law doesn't ALWAYS mean they're doing something wrong/bad.

  • @diabolicalr666 Judgment is half logic and half behavior, it's completely arbitrary and no better than simply judging all those who are suspected of breaking the law as guilty or not guilt. What is deserving, because I have kids and you don't, because I look like a good guy, because I show remorse? Laws are the same as taboos, they were created by society BECAUSE society felt that the actions forbade were wrong/bad for society. Intention means nothing. There are no perfect solutions. Idealist>,<

  • @MrMacdaddymace Ok Confucius, how about being unsafe about it which has nothing to do with having kids or looking like a good guy. Otherwise, for example, if no traffic is around then where's the harm in running a red light? And I don't recall society ever making this law. I never saw it as something to vote on; merely something enforced one day. in fact, if anything, society wants it gone. There may not be perfect solutions to anything, but there are less retarded routes to take.

  • Having said that where I live the city did this to all traffic lights flash amber for 2 sec then solid for 2 more sec before going to red, all lights hold red for at least 5 sec. before the one goes to green. That has stopped a lot of accidents. has not seen the need after changing the lig

The city has not put the camera in but the proposed way it will work after heated debate is if they do, plus the above, red light cameras will not function until one of lights is green for 1 sec.

  • there's a spray that you can get, and when it is applied to your licenses plate it make it unreadable for the camera. i bought some and it actually works.

  • @mmcclain88

    I WANT IT!!!!!!!!! :)

  • Really? Tickets are a way to generate income? How shocking.

  • Ned Flanders at 2:39 lol

  • LOL, if u see a yellow light do u try to stop? OFC U HAVE TO STOP AT A YELLOW LIGHT (if u can),

If its red, the traffic is supposed to be stopped.

  • Photoblocker spray :)

  • Lady at 0:46 - "Now we have to kind of try to stop".

Umm, yeah that is the idea of a red traffic light!

  • They want you to crash for cash, that's all they care about! MONEY MONEY MONEY! It has nothing to do with anyone's safety. Just lies! A brilliant way these corporate/government criminals try to steal money from the public!

  • CameraFRAUD! Cameras don't belong on our streets! If you get a camera ticket, don't pay it, united this way we put companies like this out of business and tell the government that we disapprove of this course of action! Vote with your wallet! Stop the madness. Restore our safety and privacy! Cops stop accidents, cameras don't! These cameras have nothing to do with public safety, it's just a money making SCAM! Stop watching the news, they're just a bunch of liars! Don't believe what they tell you

  • @Elinitsam no thanks ill drive safely hope it doesn't catch me and if i get caught ill pay the fine i dont feel like having a warrant out for my arrest and possible suspension of my lisence....

  • what if you get flashed from them and actually crash into another car cause of them, would they also pay for you ? O:

  • shoot, that's why i take back streets hehehe

  • it is all about the cash, and that is fucked up.

  • capitalism. enough said.

  • morons of course they are for profit THEY HAVE QUOTAS !!!! THEY SAID SO THEMSELVES

  • so red light cameras can actually cause more accidents. people slamming on the brakes causes people to get rear end. this is contrary to habeas corpus you cannot face the camera as an accuser it's not a person. the city traffic engineers should not have to ask ats permission to do anything this stinks of malicious prosecution of the general public.

  • pssst.. look up the 14th Amendment.

  • Enjoy the great outdoors!

    Put on your shooting glasses...

Save ammo...one accurate shot per camera please!

    Have fun and enjoy!

  • I'm sorry. Is this news that red light cameras and speed cameras are for profit?

  • only for the profit. Stop feeding corporations

  • Just another reason why we need to get away from this monetary system and get into a Resource Based Global Economy

This entire monetary system can be used and manipulated to rip people of they're rights, Freedoms, and resources.

It's time for a Massive Change

    Check my channel for more

  • Someone put a garbage bag over the camera

  • Aahhhhh! This red light camera problem is worse in Australia. They are everywhere. And the yellow light here is 3 seconds, regarless of speed. In some 100kmh zones (65mph), there are traffic lights, and 3 seconds is apparently still enough time for the yellow light.

It is all about money making. I just came back from Vietnam, and there, the cameras count down to when they are going to change to yellow. But they would never do it, cause it wouldn't make any money!

  • THIS IS CRAP!!! How can a PRIVATE PERSON holding a camera, make a contract without bid, to a city in another state, Holding the info hostage unless the city pays them....

HOW IS THIS ANY DIFFERENT than me watching rodney king Taking a beating on youtube, and then waltzing into a courtroom as an "eye witness"

A COP WATCHING A SERIES OF VIDEOS IS JUST LIKE HIM WATCHING A YOUTUBE VIDEO AND PRETENDING LIKE HE IS AN EYE WITNESS!!!

  • Dean martin oh fuck haha and lockheed martin is there a link , also lockheed martin is linked to the skunk works ie the stealth bomber . so its fuckin money money and more money

  • Some vehicles need a slower yellow. In a truck and trailer, if you are driving slower than the speed limit, you are sometimes not moving fast enough to make the light and moving too fast to stop. Here in NJ, The yellows normally run 1 second per 10 mph: that seems adequate.

  • This is a scam because the money from the camaras doesn't go to the people. The companies are getting 80% percent of the profit and the yellow light has been shorten. The whole safety factor is also false, a bad driver is going to crash no matter how many red light camaras there are.The same drunk driver mentality applies, if your going to drive drunk a red light won't matter.

  • Look at the numbers you lunatics, crashes are down and most importantly fatalities are down since they put the cameras up. If these cameras save at least one life they are worth it, maybe you would agree if it was someone you loved dead by some idiot driver. If you don't want to pay DRIVE THE SPEED LIMIT AND STOP ON RED!

  • if the speed camras and red light camras are on the ground i well smash them or spray paint them or u could just put a spray can on some sorta stick that u can lift it up and spray

  • In California, do they go off when the light turns red (if you're still in the intersection) or is it if you enter the intersection when the light's red that it goes off?

What do you do if you're in a truck? you can't speed up or slow down as fast.

  • Put swastika on these sticks.

  • Oh no! Money is more important that the law and safety!

  • Welcome to the latest motoring tax, these are everywhere in the UK and have been shown to do only one thing consistently: raise money.

  • wouldant mind givin her a ticket a big red 1

  • Speed Trap

The other day I got a ticket in the mail for Claiming I ran a red light . Town of Miami Gardens. To pay the fine is no points on your license and admits your guilt. I remember that night clearly at 12 am That light went from green to yellow and in less than 1 second shot to red. No one was on that road from any direction. It also said I was doing 70 mph. As a professional truck driver I don't speed I was doing 45mph that's a fact.

  • They did the spray on mythbusters, it doesn't work...

  • I have noticed that the mythbusters are not all that thorough. They leave out some possibilities and then declare a myth busted. 2 examples would be the episodes of guns (the automatic military .45 was developed to actually throw a 6ft man away from the person firing the weapon since previously, the guns did not keep the attacker from continuing to pursue the intended victim - the American soldier) and concave mirrors causing fire to ships (they did not use concave mirrors - check youtube).

  • In the UK the situation is completely the reverse, as no 'profit' is made as all revenue goes directly to the government and only running costs are returned. Therefore, no-one out enforcing speed restrictions gives a damn about figures or revenue collected.

  • Damn! In Italy is the same scam. Betwenn €160-400 a ticket, and penality driving license. Politicians say the same things. Two errors in a biennium, bye license for a month. We are fighting against the system, and many majors and local chief cops ave been arrested for fraud. This is not traffic security, this is only robbery system, indeed increase accidents and city majors and counsellors profits.

Visit our youtube post : autovelox, acppress, TRED and VRED a large universe of frauds

    Regards

  • check this out , the lights at a camara intersection have the lights speeded up. use a camcorder to time code it and get three more lights in areas near there that dont have a camara. Its only milli seconds but still its entrapment.

  • I would like to see a pedestrian walking at one of these bigger camera intersections, and someone else filming to proove legally unsafe walking conditions of that jurisdiction when a ped is still in the road when that light changes. It sucks, I am on foot, and see heavy traffic that can't move still in the cross when the light changes. They don't fucking repair the walk buttons, so where does that cash go? If they really cared, they would have count down timers on these camed lights.

  • your right!!

  • yeah they really care about safety cameras and seatbelt laws are just for money

  • Fuck red light cameras.

  • FLIP PLATE!!!!!!!

    saves you money

  • "Break the law and... " errrrrnnnt wrong bitch its a rule of a society given the force of law

  • fortunately, i have a indirect way of getting back at these fucking assholes. everytime they call me for any repairs or replacements (not naming my business)..if i know they're cops or work for the city...i go straight to their wallets and get my money back, hehe. Not everyone is that lucky though, unfortunately.

  • These cameras are about nothing but MONEY not safety. The greedy pieces of filth just wanted to find another way to harvest money from the population. I consider the people who benefit from the money collected through such means to be despicable parasites feeding off a host population.

  • And guess where they put most of the scameras? Not near schools where people DO go too fast, but on long straight roads where you will be done for doing a speed suitable for the conditions, on roads which were actually DESIGNED for this!

I don't advocate excess speeding, but it's clear what their aims are, and it's NOT about safety.

Regarding red light cameras, here in Britain they aren't active until a second or so after the light turns red, so it's plainly obvious what those in CA are up to!

  • After driving in the UK for two years I couldn't stand coming back to America. I hated our intersections before we had the damn red light cameras. Both of my tickets came from me attempting to make a right, while I was checking to make sure nobody was in the crosswalk the damn thing turns red and the greedy chumps get to squeeze more blood out of a turnip.

  • Speed scameras will be next. You can be fairly sure of that. Then they will set artificially low speed limits in order to catch you out for doing what was previously a perfectly legal speed. Travelling along a dual carriageway with a clear view ahead, and in good conditions, at 30MPH (yes the limit is set that low on some roads) when it is perfectly safe to go at 60 is not driving, it's droning, and likely to cause more accidents by people on autopilot or falling asleep.

  • just got one and it cost $448 which is complete bull shit if you ask me

  • $448...are you serious?

    sounds like extortion to me.

"welcome to the new world order?"

  • Who the heck cares if Lockeed is making money? The law is the law; yellow signals are to be NO LESS than 5 seconds long. Also, red-light camera tickets can NOT and do NOT go on your driving record - at least that's how it is in the St. Louis, MO area.

  • Americans are lucky. $73 a ticket? In Calgary you pay $273 a ticket.

  • prices for fines are close to the same here in australia lowest speeding fine i think is $243 and if people are caught when they are on the first year of having a licence it is good buy licence and car for 3 months even if it is 1kmh over

  • $73 is what the camera company makes. try 300-500 fine depending were you live. CA got a $481. camera companies make bank.

  • Only £60 a ticket in the UK. Last year that was worth about $120, now $1.20

  • I got snapped by a red light camera in LA, the fin came all the way home to me in England. I was like "seriously, you think i'm actually going to pay this?"

  • ROFL! good going. The arms of the US law are not that long. HAHAHA! Good man! Made me laugh! If I were you, I would tear the ticket up in shreds and mail it back to them LOL!

  • Did they send your picture? Send them back some generic "thanks for being a fan" letter, and "autograph" the picture for them. LOL

  • nice. lol

  • @gloucesterharry hey eurotrash, quit coming to the US and running our red lights

  • @gloucesterharry No shit...!Its a small world with todays technology.

  • @gloucesterharry lol.that's funny.

  • The city should pay for the cameras and operate them. Why are they letting private industry run that part of law enforcement?

  • your 100% right!!! how about taken these accident causers down and no more 400 tickets

  • @quirose Because private industry *pays* city governments to install them so they can issue tickets and take their cut. You think that private industry gives 2 squirts of piss about public safety?

  • @Sirolism You're right. And that city also doesn't care about safety since they allow it.

  • Comment removed

  • HELLO PEOPLE! Did you not see the message. Its in the design! They only added a few more seconds to the yellow light and they reduced the violations = meaning it prevented harm, isn't that what the law is??? Imagine if they made a few more adjustments to the street lights they could absolutely reduce the number again.

  • They are all over the place now!

  • your right they are!!!

  • Unconstitutional

  • A pipe cutter will solve this red light problem.

  • your 100% right!!! thats a good one!! in Inglewood.Calif. seems like the gangs do a good job on them!

  • get rid of the red light money makers for the "government"...take the red pill, too

  • however down my road people slow down in the town not because of cameras because of heavy pedestrains and the midset is followed, then in my annoyance some speed freaks speed up after that in frustration etc maybe because the vehicles have incredible speed, get the manufactures to cut the engines if over a certain speed in an area that will stop em, then theres no problem eh? people have to conform and still have to buy cars for transport im up for that... speed on a track.

  • I guess the traffic slows down for the heavy pedestrians because of all that weight potentially damaging their vehicles? I've never followed the midset, are they a band?

It isn't 'okay' to hit someone in a 30 zone, merely that the slower the impact speed, the less likelihood of serious injury.

  • Damn these thieving fascist bastards to hell! VOTE LIBERTARIAN, JOIN THE FULLY INFORMED JURY ASSOCIATION!!!!!

  • its all money money and more money.. fucking thiefs

  • All money, money, money? Then why are so many speed cameras just dummies? They only have a dummy radar and no camera - these are designed not to collect any record of speeders = no fine/revenue. The argument it is all money simply collapses when dummy cameras are introduced.

  • I've never heard of those 'dummy cameras'. Never seen, or passed by one either.

  • That is the whole point of dummy cameras - you won't know you've passed one. You will pass them all the time and not know it - they aren't marked with a sign. Their locations aren't made public for the obvious reasons of them acting as a speeding deterrent - which is the reason they exist.

  • If you don't want these companies to make money out of it do what we do here in belgium and the netherlands. Burn them with a car tyre, shoot them, blow them up, pull them out of the ground, fill them with foam, paint their lenses, smash them, etc.

We also got some nice websites where you can post your "improvements" on those moneysuckers.

  • Destroying static speed cameras is completely the wrong move. Every time you damage one, it increases the amount of mobile enforcement as the partnership then has to find the money to pay for the new equipment. An entire new camera is 50,000 - so far more motorists who otherwise wouldn't be targeted and get points/fine - now do - just to pay for the damaged camera. There are no 'companies' making money, other than Gatso, profits encouraged by those who damage cameras, paid for by motorists.

  • The opposite is true. In some parts of the Netherlands they stopped replacing damaged camera's because it costed more than they gained from it.

  • Lockheed Martin is at fault putting those quotas in the negotiations, they're the source of the real problem. Shut 'em down.

  • neat invention

  • the sad truth is that the money generated from the red light cameras dont go back into the city, they go into the pockets of the camera business and politicians.

  • They have them here in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. It's true they are privately owned, but the money goes to both the Parish government and the company who owns the cameras (RedFlex). I think it's an 85-15 split in favor of the Parish.

These "tickets" are not criminal violations like other tickets, but are considered civil violations. You fight it in civil court. Not paying it counts against your credit, not your driving record. Warrants aren't issued if you fail to pay.

  • The money goes into the pockets of politicians? Is this comment based upon something that can be substantiated or just supposition?

In the UK, just maintaining enough revenue to keep the whole thing turning over can be difficult. There are substantial numbers of people employed plus ongoing admin costs, not to mention repair costs of up to £50k when a complete camera needs replacing.

The 'pockets' of the 'camera business' obviously need replenishing as it couldn't run on fresh air.

  • Will you make the statement that our Country no longer recognizes the Common Law Right To Travel?

  • No-one impedes lawful travel, however all stages of transport evolution had 'rules' that were recognised, for example;

There were toll roads and toll bridges as far back as the 1700's - you could travel as long as you bought into the concept. This was happening around the time the first native Americans were being subjected to genocide.

That all said, I asked for proof that speed fines lines politicians' pockets? Not to supply a history lesson for colonists.

  • Well, my personal opinion would be that the fines fund a protection racket aka government.

  • smelly crotch your the man, yes i agree travel and communication should be common rights and not fringed upon for profit by the governments for profit, cant believe people defend them. brainwashed. when someone slams the brakes in front of me or im that busy watching my speed instead of the road that i kill someone, then i still pay, the control of the gov has to cease.

  • You shouldn't need the presence of a camera to make you aware of your speed. If you are following that close to another vehicle that you are compromised when it brakes - you are simply not far enough back.

  • in a 30 zone doing 30 its ok to hit someone? simply not real, everyone but myself it seems tailgates.teaching them or making it known that they do does not rectify the problem, not even your unrealistic comment, simply if you do it then you do and a speed camera even though i think there should be one on every road shouldnt be because its a restraint rather than a teaching, we can all learn from life after doing it but a camera doesnt make me aware of my speed it just makes me distracted...

  • Duh. Everything is for profit these days. You can't get your own money from an atm without someone making money of you.

  • I agree, profit is sought from every angle. Those who sell number plate sprays, blockers and early warning devices all make money from the mentally retarded who intend to deliberately get behind the controls of potentially lethal machines, break the law and avoid prosecution.

I find it quite ironic that they will complain about a £60 fine, yet happily part with a few hundred quid to avoid detection.

Human beings are bizarre animals with a strange set of values.

  • utah fines range from 50 to 800+ jail. so i can understand why someone who likes to drive a bullet bike over 140 mph every day would rather buy a detection device once than have to pay all those fines and towing charges and increased insurance rates several times.

  • Non more stranger than yours.

  • fuck the government they just eat up our money, the same gose for speeding tickets. An old grandma is far more dangerouse going 20 miles under the speed limit then me 7 miles over. All the FAT cats in government need to die

  • Given the choice, I'd rather a pedestrian be hit by your grandma driving, than by you. Speed restrictions exist to minimise fatalities in the event a collision takes place and they do, every day.

Revenue is only generated because people ignore speed restrictions.

Strange no-one complains about red-light cameras because they can see the advantages.

  • fuck the government they just eat up our money, the same gose for speeding tickets. An old grandma is far more dangerouse going 20 miles under the speed limit then me 7 miles over. All the FAT cats in government need to die

  • my thing is this why are there privately owned companys in contract with the city to make money off the public in the first place and second when are people going to wake up and stop letting are goverments treat us like babys and tell us what we can do and cant do are goverments should be scared of us not us be scared of them dont tell me all the people who died for us to be free died for nothing time to wake up before it is to late dont make me one day say i told you so

  • Cameras are just out oon the street like that?

In ireland they are hidden , or built into the cruisers!!!

  • we don't need red light cameras. what we need to do is eliminate the confusion of how much time we have left to pass through the yellow. add a second yellow light. make the first one blink for 5 seconds. then, it switches to the solid one for 3 sec. then you know that once the blinking yellow changes to the solid yellow, you have no more time to run the yellow.

it's similar to the concept of ped. crosswalks, and will increase safety without the need for expensive red light camera systems.

  • Lovely idea if you intend to stop when they are red - but what about those who simply go through regardless of the colour? There is a considerable percentage who don't just cross the line a little - they go straight through when the light has been red for a while.

    Red light cameras are fabulous.

  • Here in San Francisco, almost all our intersections have countdown crosswalk signals. When used in combination with red light cameras, drivers look at the countdown clock as they approach the intersection and if there's enough time, goes across safely, but if there is no time, they start to hit the brake even before the yellow light shows up. In a really bad situation, a yellow light showed up, and I slammed my brakes to make sure I don't even try to run the yellow. Made some nice smoke!

  • so let me get this straight, the cameras are doing their job by reducing red light runners, and this is bad thing? who the hell signed a stupid contract like that in the first place? it would seem to me the goal would be to have zero violations a day.

  • omg i hate these cameras. they dont make anyghing safer at all, theyre only good for making money for the city. im not locking up my brakes and getting rear ended just for some stupid "conveniently short" yellow. we're stuck paying fines for making the safer driving decision, and yet there are still potholes everywhere... sure.

  • Don't make anything safer? Pedestrians are hit every day by vehicles and the faster the impact speed, the greater the risk of death.

If someone is hit by a car at 40 mph they are 90% likely to be killed, but someone hit by a car at 30 mph they are 50% likely to be killed.

    Scam?

  • its not the cameras i mind, its that the fines are being put into a bank account funded by the "violaters" and not back into the city to actually help the citizens

  • There should be a national established USA yellow light time. I always stop if I can for a yellow, but this is an interesting point.

  • damn speeding is so fun!

  • The last comment was for Intersonus903.

  • proof that defense(oops offense)companies

not only hate countries with more freedom than us, they'll come after you if they can't cause a war to profit from. all those votes all those years and here we are. proof that your vote doesn't count at all!

  • Do you seriously think that if you allow red light cameras to proliferate that it will stop there? Next they will put in speeding cameras, develop RFID tagging systems to see if your registration or inspections are current, and on and on. Use common sense and stop believing the propaganda put out by the manufacturers, operators, and lobbyists, who've got their hands in the cookie jar. Nothing to do with safety, only greens.

  • there already is RFID tags that hold all DMV information. they just arnt as widley used yet.

does anyone know if anyone has gone to court and demanded the camera cop be put on the stand. and if you dont know what I am getting at save your negative comments as they will just make you look dumb

  • Arizona Secretary of State's office is seriously looking at aligation that a photo vendor has in fact been forging documents used to certify speeding tickets. So ya the camera cops are going to be put on the stand b/c evidently they've been taking pictures at random. It's in the news now, youtube won't let me link it so look it up. Anything that has judicial fining power with private interest is *always* a bad idea.

  • You are so right anything that claims to grant judicial power to a non judge is a big mistake.

  • I live in Arizona, and those flashes on those cameras blind you at night

  • Lesson to some who hate speed cameras.

Don't speed and you won't raise revenue.

  • I see some don't care if people are at risk by red light runners?

  • Everything that has to do with the justice system is for profit,if not they would make it legal to grow your own pot, that would take the criminal element out of it.

  • Intersonus903. You're an idiot.

The fact that our rights are being violated, not only constitutionally, but city law superseding state and even federal law (simply by "guilty before proven innocent) is what's going on here. Granted I know where you're going by calling it "sensationalist", however it's not justified in this case. They REALLY are unlawful.

  • I would go around with a spray can and spray all of those cameras! They shouldnt have a private company that will control the situation!

  • I'm hoping I can start a couple of those around where I live here in Northern California.
