dude, sleep paralysis is when you go into a dream, but you're aware of it and you are able to control it and move around IN YOUR DREAM. It is the key to lucid dreaming.

I have this quite a bit latley.... I have a blanket over my eyes when I sleep because of it but my vision vibrates and I hear lots of high pitched noises and beeps and bloops that are like binural beats.... I meditate but i don't feel my form of meditation has any occult influence.

And now when I have them Its just a sorta cool OBD type of feeling. Just breath in and out really hard to wake up. And try not to panic because then you'll freak out. I kept calling out to him until woke up. I was scared but I kind of brushed it off because i had taken a psychology class that explains the processes of sleep and how something like that happens. It prevents your body from kicking and moving around if you're say dreaming about moving. I have to disagree with this video. I've experiences this for myself. And the feeling of fear that I feel from simply being paralyzed and awake at the same time is enough to turn whatever I might be dreaming into a nightmare, which is probably why everyone has the same frightening experience. Why shouldn't waking up and feeling paralyzed be scary, and why shouldn't your dreams reflect that fear in the moment.

last night I have one of this events while on sleep, I wake up and I saw a demon kind of floating in front of my bed I am a very strong mind and body person, I was able to move I have no fear but as soon as I say in the name of Jesus very hardly to speak though the dream stop and I wake up, previous to having this even I walk for 7.5 miles and It was 34 degrees outside if this is cause by fatigue , I can relate this event to that. but I assure you no demon can scare me, I do believe in God.

Seriously, don't listen to this person. Sleep paralysis is simply when your mind wakes up when your body is asleep, as he explains which is true, sleep paralysis occurs during REM sleep, why? It prevents your body from kicking and moving around if you're say dreaming about moving. I have to disagree with this video. I've experiences this for myself. And the feeling of fear that I feel from simply being paralyzed and awake at the same time is enough to turn whatever I might be dreaming into a nightmare, which is probably why everyone has the same frightening experience. This is used in motivational speeches, commercials, reports, journalism, sermons, political speeches, business presentations, product/idea pitches, and the list goes on. It can be used deceitfully, but it is used honestly and effectively throughout the professional secular and religious world. What do they need to say? "Warning, we will be mentioning Christ in this video..."? Don't be silly.

last night I have one of this events while on sleep, I wake up and I saw a demon kind of floating in front of my bed I am a very strong mind and body person, I was able to move I have no fear but as soon as I say in the name of Jesus very hardly to speak though the dream stop and I wake up, previous to having this even I walk for 7.5 miles and It was 34 degrees outside if this is cause by fatigue , I can relate this event to that. but I assure you no demon can scare me, I do believe in God.

than i couldnt move anymore i only could move my eyes and look around than i saw the grudge at my door i wanted too scream didn't work either than i could move again i was in shock and when i looked at my door it was just my jacket chillin there

this shit sucks ass i hate sleep paralysis, i can see my surroundings but cant move, and sometimes i have seen dark shadows out of the corner of my eye but they disappear when i go to look at them. i still don't know if i am awake and truly seeing my surroundings or if im dreaming my surroundings.

@dustin741 thats a real good point, dreams and reality are so messed up you dont know what youre remembering. i do remember feeling there was other people in the room, not necesarily evil just it seemed one was talking about us to another person and it was irritating they were talking so loud in our bedroom. but it was obviously just a dream and went away when i woke up. i do remember my breathing seeming not under my control and it being frightening but i accept the science on that.,

This is bullshit. The fear center in the brain works abnormally during sleep-paralysis, you have the horrifying feeling that there is something truly evil in the room. The reason so many people say they see demons and monsters is because these things are known to everyone in the world, everyone knows these things are evil and that's why nearly every time people get SP they see these things.

I am very careful when it comes to speculation, But the only thing in my mind atm is...Demons use sleep paralysis as a doorway, and are not the cause if it. I Am saying this because scientist suggest visaul and audio halusenation (sorry about spelling) are caused by fear and panic. I cannot believe this from what I have personally experienced. I have feared and panicked In about 20-50 sleep paralysis experiences. But I have only seen and heard the thing iv seen about 4 times.

You might have read that sleep paralysis is caused when a waking person misinterprets a rare but natural glitch in their waking process as some kind of scary force in their room. Ive had sleep paralysis and tho i found it strange I didnt think it was due to demons attacking me. I was wrong. SLEEP PARALYSIS IS TOTALLY CAUSED BY LIKE DEMONS AND SHIT! The reason I know this is Jesus.

Maybe be due to all the negativity we see and hear all day in the news, in our relationships or/and financial issues, of course you will have negative dreams, if jesus brings u positivity to help counter the negativeness thats good, other it could allah, or buddah or whoever, keep a positive and joyful mind and im sure the rest will come naturally

this has happended to me twice over the last 2 years, and glad i watched this video, really werid feeling but i wont bore u with the details. It's not a concern for me as its quite minimal compared to people who suffer it more requently. its a scary feeling, an like the video said, it was like a demon was pushing down on my chest, and u cant move, a little like the movie "Awake" and u fall back to sleep and have the nigthmare again and wake up not being able to move and continues until its over

This is so true.. no one can understand this unless they acutally experience it. i really want to believe that its not the devil but somehow and in someway you KNOW that something evil or satainic "thing" is near you. and hell no its not just a hallucination because you can actually feel or sense the presence.. just like this video said, calling out the name of Jesus really works. @heikg Just because you don't belive what this guy says doesn't mean he is lying. While it is true that astral travel is very enjoyable it comes at the price of having horrible nightmares with terrifying demons from Hell. Don't just dismiss all spiritual things as lies, the method he said to use actualy does work, so the name of Jesus does have power over these episodes.
