I tend towards using the macs in the field on adults. I have yet to have a field opportunity to intubate a pediatric patient. On adult and pediatric manikin practice I use both mac and miller blades.
So which blades do you tend to prefer? Our instructor wants us to test both out. Yet the surgeon at our OR wants macs for adults and straights for kids...
