I find this interpreter both arrogant and unable to correctly convey his message in good English. I know this because I'm a trained interpreter. I realise not many native English people speak Serbian, however, this person urgently needs to improve his linguistic skills in the target language.
@MhairiB1 Well, you obviously don't have a lot of experience with political training, especially in emerging democracies, where people tend to speak in such a way that even their fellow countrymen have a hard time understanding them. In view of what I was receiving through my earphones, this is the best product they were going to get!

Well done. At some point, however, you said that the voters are "interested _for_ the privatization" etc., i.e. a wrong preposition there.
(I am saying this in an attempt to help rather than ctiticize. I am sure I make such mistakes, too, when in a booth.)
