My sis recently diagnosed with HPD.

She is so depressed and she believe that she is occupied by some supernatural thing that is running her life. She is 45 and unmarried.

Any help regarding management.???

@AngelBug109 Well, .... to be perfectly honest at the end of the day I feel very sorry for people who have problems like this. But I also realize that if they cause trouble in my that I need to move on. Life is to short to be screwed over by people again and again.

@SmokeRingsPipeDreams Indeed. I know that when I get a surge of high emotion (due to stress with my ex husband and his drama he tends to bring) I just get so worn out. I couldn't imagine being at high emotion a good 90% of the time. But like you said life is to short to be screwed over for sure. Well you have a good weekend :)

One of the main 'Symptoms' is the being over sexually provocative and this can become dangerous especially if it is being used for manipulation. It is a proper Legit condition and is serious. x

Looks to me as just another "don't judge me, cause I'm sick" disorder

@sawman85 it's a legit disorder! I know it sounds like a lot of people, but it's an actual condition.

@sawman85 I think what you see is a very mild form of histrionic disorder. This is actually very rare, and although it seems like a lot of people can be distributed under this category, it's not true.

True histrionic affected persons are very extreme in most of the symptoms.
