I heard it's a Mod you download depending on what console you use like PC etc)and it allows to to stretch the characters maknig them seem fatter. I'd recommend jsut doing a search Sim Mods or add expansion/weight in it too

People, She only appear to be getting bigger. It's just the outfit that she's wearing. You can create your own outfits if you choose and figure out how to do so! It's actually pretty cool once you have em.
