It tears me up to see people in that predicament. I was able to quit drinking because I didn't have to deal with a mental illness on top of everything else. I know of someone who is extremely bipolar and he would always sabotage his sobriety because he could never attain peace of mind. That dual diagnosis is awful... dealing with two problems at the same time.

I think he is torn up. the meds have the side effects that most dislike, yet they suffer from huge dynamic offsets without the meds. In a way, Globehunter has a point to which we already tend towards. Its better that they are put away and forgotten. let them be the lab rats for the cures of tomorrow. Godspeed to the synaptic defects. Eugenics works. euthanasia should be valued and instilled in all State Facilities for the mentally ill. There is no cure for a biological/ alteration in the mind.

These people can do more harm to freinds and family
while killing them selves on drugs! its a waste of
time to try and cure failures and self destructive
people. They need to be taken out of society and institutionalized.
