Kuvasz are VERY affectionate to their owners, but serious guard dogs when a stranger approaches...unless the owner is there and makes it clear that person is "OK".
I would rate them 5 out of 5 for affection with their owners and 0 out of 5 with intruders.
Depends on the other dogs AND owners. Do I take my kuvasz male to my local dog park? NO. Do I welcome females to come play with him at our home, YES.
If you are asking if you can add a kuvasz puppy to your pack, yes, as long as all the humans in the home are good pack leaders.
