I still and will forever love the first 3 starter Pokemons and Pikachu...i've tried all of em and Squirtle's the only one who has an extra type:ice while the others only hav 1...water against fire..ice against grass...but only electric can stop him..well..pikachu's hp & defence is pathetic..he'll only win if he can strike 1st with his speed...overall squirtle rules~

Squirtle will always be my favorite starter. My very first Pokemon, way back in 1998, was Bulbasaur because I was told that he was the best for a beginner, but ever since that first time I've always taken the Water starter. Blastoise and his kin will always be in my heart. :)
