What the Media failed to tell the public it that the State mandates that inmates will receive 10 hour of yard a week, even the ones in Administrative Segregation(the hole) Also, Corrections by Law cannot segregate the inmates by race, they have to let them go out the the yard, knowing they will fight. The inmates have their own set of rules, one of them is yard is mandatory, if the inmate refused yard, he was green lighted, meaning he would be stabbed or beaten by any inmate that got near him.
