I'd just like to say that it's quite evident that you have not read the entire bible, or even most of it. Don't get me wrong, I'm a whole hearted atheist, but in order to further capitalize on your beliefs you should really sit down and read the patchwork of collective bullshit fairy tales that you supposedly know so much about. If more people actually read the bible front to back there wouldn't be so many christians in the first place.
@watchasirot I did actually try to read the Bible but I got so damned bored by Numbers that I quit. I do have plans, however, to eventually just skip the Old Testament and read the New Testament and then the Quaran. The thing is, is that I don't think I should really have to read the Bible because there are so many texts--religious or otherwise--that people proclaim as true, and if I take the time to read all of these I'll spend my whole life reading.

Well that's your first problem...you were Catholic. Secondly, you don't even sound like you believe what you are saying to everyone. Fourthly, if your asking for evidence from the Bible which has been widely accused of being written only by man, than there is still some belief of God. And lastly, why are you bringing philosophy into this? It's about faith!

As for the Holy Grail, could you refer me to some kind of SOURCE to back up that claim? And could you explain to me how life is evidence of God WITHOUT referring to the Bible?
