so this is where dmc3 takes place.. 20 years ago veril fell into the pits of hell trying to reopen the gates. He fell on purpose. Thus 20 years after, we find dante now, who find nelo angelo "nero angelo" aka "Veril" found in this demon form then mundus got out of hell dm4. takes place as nero 50% chance of either son of veril or dante no 1 knows yet and apperently dante wants more power starts killing humans or something anyway what im geting to is nero sucks balls.

possible, but i still believe he's immortal. as to why he can die, 1 of 2 reasons. first cuz its a game and it would be no fun if u were invincible, that would explain why he never dies in the cutscenes, even when he gets stabbed, shot, smashed, and eaten. the other possibility, is that hes immortal, but can be exhausted till death, ie stabbed several times till sufficient blood loss.
