3 things.

1) Shadows Fall is one of, if not the, single most underplayed, underground metal bands out there. So few people know about them even though they're so big that they've kept the roots and not sold out. \m/

2) SF is hands down the best modern pure metal band out there. Every other band has their own individual subgenres, but SF is 'Ace of all Trades'. \m/

3) Of one Blood is their best CD. If you haven't heard it yet... go get it. This is a close second, though. \m/

listen all this was a good solid album yeah it lacks some core in metalcore but it a straight solid metal album failure of the devout is heavy as shit it isnt as heavy as the war within but its still kick ass metal. and fuck yall metallica will always be ledgends those guys paved the way for bands like shadows fall you can say they sold out as much as you want but you cant deny the great metal they put out

There are many things I love about this band. The grinding, relentless riffs. The pounding bass. The destructive drums. The terrifyingly awesome vocals. But honestly the thing I love most about this band is that these guys are just like you and me. They're a normal bunch of dudes that just happen to be the best metal band in about 15 years. Plus the fact that they refuse to stop being awesome... damn it do I FUCKING love Shadows Fall.
