She did consent, but they were doing a 2nd trimester live dismemberment (D&E) AWAKE with manual dilators (metal rods). She was in pain, so he stopped & told her mom to get more money so this young girl could be "knocked out". Before the rescheduled abortion, she learned the TRUTH & chose adoption. Uh, yeah, has no one heard it was ruled doctors could lie to patients? The ruling came about when a pregnant woman was told by her doctor that it was just a blob of tissue. She authorized to abort the human. She experienced pain and difficulty after the abortion so she went to the hospital. While there, a nurse mentioned it is normal when you lose a baby. The woman attempted to sue the doctor as he did not disclose that he aborted a human. It was ruled in his favor.
