I used tape at the back of the puzzle to hold the pieces together. For the back of the frame, I used several plywoods and for the frame, I used baseboards. I used glue and spread it at the back of the puzzle and the plywood. Then you put them together. Wait till it dries and walaah, it's done.
@andres170295, I taped several cardboards together to have a big surface to assemble the puzzle. After the puzzle was done, I prepared 2 cardboards, fit for 2000 pcs. of puzzle. I removed the same area size of puzzle as the cardboard. That Then I placed the 2nd cardboard on top and asked someone to help me out in flipping it. After I flipped the whole puzzle, I reconnect the puzzles again.
Hell would be spending eternity in a room with this puzzle, and every time you were about to complete it by putting in the last piece a tornado would pick the whole thing up and scatter all the pieces to the 4 corners of the room. You've lost your ability/need to sleep and no longer require food or water, and if you try to take a break for too long then agonizing jolts of pain run through your entire body, so you have no choice but to constantly work on the puzzle as Satan watches you grinning.
Here is the thing about solving a 24,000 piece jigsaw puzzle. It gets to the point where there are so many pieces that it isn't even fun to solve, it just gets irritating. And second of all, who on gods green earth even has the time to solve a puzzle like that? And lastely, where in the world would you even have the space to solve a puzzle like that? It's just a waste of time. But then again, if you can solve something like that, you have more discipline than I could ever want.
203 hours of working on the puzzle. breaks, sleep, eat, etc. are not included.

Fantastic your work. I love my arm but that if rompecabeas would be my biggest challenge
A question
203 work hour only in a puzzle???? or that time includes sleeping, eating, or other activity ????

I have 2 questions. What is that surface you used to assemble it and how did you mount it on your wall?

Wow! I didn't know that. What country celebrates puzzle day? Sad, we don't have that here in the Philippines. Thank you for the compliment!
Happy Puzzle Day to you and all you out there who loves it.

I finished a 5.000 piece puzzle just yesterday.
Even if that one was for sale here, I have no room to make it. I'll buy one someday. Or whatever is the largest puzzle by then.
