Fedor has subbed World Class grapplers and is a 12x world sambo champion and an international competitor in Judo so yea I would say that Fedor's grappling resume is far superior than Mir's. Fedor was very impressive in his prime especially when you consider that he was out weighed between 20 - 125 lbs in almost all of his pride fights. Imagine if Fedor fought people his own weight.

Brett Rogers, who only started training MMA full-time for a year got out of Fedor's armbar and reversed the position. Rogers, who has no wrestling background can do that to Fedor.
