The mainly I am become a vegan because I want to save animal's life,
Since than, I am looks younger and the skin getting smooth like a baby, and feels not easy get sick, I am nearly 60 but no one believe, most people think I am 40.
I have not got to see doctor over 5 years.
Peaceful inside my heart and soul, life is great.
I am proud I got a good heart for the animals. I am a human, Not a killer. Proud of all Vegan too.

@AnimalPeaceProject I'm doing well, thanks! Despite all the ridiculous hate from anti-vegans and all the cowardly abuse going on. We have to stay strong through it all, see it through to the end and work towards JUSTICE.

@danrmaz Thank you! I already am vegan :) I (Ana) have been a vegan since 2007. My friend in the video was a vegetarian. I think I mentioned in it that I was vegan... I might be wrong lol. I went vegetarian in 2005 but made the switch in 07 and will remain vegan for the rest of my life. :)
You know people that eat meat don't spend their young lives talking about the meat-eater lifestyle and how they are treated by vegetarians. Why this need to be so outspoken about what you eat, and what you don't? How about accomplishing something with your life?
@DaveinDallas2009 I feel the need to be outspoken for the ones who cannot speak for themselves. The animals. If that bothers you, why are you watching videos that vegetarians/vegans promote this ethical lifestyle?? I feel I am accomplishing little things here and there for the planet, I'm not boasting about it or anything like that. This was 2 years ago. I still have the same beliefs but i'm more knowledgable with my approach and "teaching" so to speak. Sorry if anything sounded offensive.
@DaveinDallas2009 that's where your wrong, they actually do, look up videos of people just ripping vegans apart and insulting them in every way possible and saying they love to kill animals.
I agree with everything you guys said! I became a vegetarian 3 years ago. All of my friends are meat eaters, along with my family and they always ask the same question "How do you get protein?" and I have to tell them there are so many other ways to get protein. It gets annoying at times when they tell me it's stupid to be vegetarian or vegan but I do it for the animals. I never try to shove my vegetarian beliefs down anyones throat unless they ask me.

There are SO many other ways to get that precious protein and it's most definitely not within an animals body. Yes? Good for you, for being so strong and doing it for the animals! KUDOS! Keep it up! @xKAMRONx I do the same thing now a days. If someone wants to know my opinion and why i'm vegan then i'll give it to them. But no one should be jumping down anyone's throats. It's all about taking it in a step at a time. For me, i don't mind hearing others opinions. I'm vegan for animals and the environment, the health thing is just a bonus. Thank you for watching!
