This makes me so mad, Chuck and Blair where such great strong characters, and they where ruined in season 3. Chuck became all weird and talked weird and whispery, Blair was boring for most of the season and all the other characters where just blank. If you look at the characters in S3 and in S1/2 you see so much change, and it isn't positive.

The writers were too lax in he first half of S3, but the classic passion, intensity, and drama for Chuck & Blair is definitely coming back in the second half of the season, so keep watching. ;)

Just before this scene Chuck had found out Blair had slept with his uncle Jack back in January, and he was still reeling from that info when Blair came in there and tried to apologize by saying how much she loved him. Truthfully though, she should've apologized too instead of just saying ILY. Maybe even kissed him too. ;-)
