Just dont run around trying to no scope everyone, just sit back with a veiw of their spawn area and snipe them from there. Move to a different part of the building every two kills and use ur deagle when ur moving. If an enemy comes infront of you and you have ur sniper, quickscope not no scope. Whatch a tutorial on how to quickscope

i specialize in sniping and the only thing that you need to change about your snipin is to calm down while you snipe. don't move at such a fast pace, and ur friend is right when he says u need to turn up ur sensitivity. i use to play on 4 and now i play at 10. and my snipin skills have improved tremendously.

One big tip i'd say is line up your reticule with the enemy before you sight in. lead him if need. ya know

u know when u start getting nervous in the one person shoot out stay zoomed in and just crouch down and wait for him to move into ur crosshairs its a lot easier and get turtle beach they work wonders

If you wana quick scope its always easier to stand still and drag the scope if they move

damn good sniping, but you rush a bit, and that's why you died so much. A sniper is patient; he just waits for his targets. don't rush things unless you are in immediate danger.

use deep impact. if you use steady aim you'll rely too much on hitting a half scope like at 2:15 instead of a quickscope. i guess it doesnt really matter if youre just playing pubs, but in competitive sniping steady aim is a big no no. if youre going for a quickscope DO NOT aim once the scope is up. the shot is lined up before you scope in. and make sure you can see the crosshairs before you shoot. and 90% of quickscopers use 10 sensitivity so just slowly move up by 1 every few days.and practice

Line up the shot BEFORE you scope in

Don't walk around while looking through the scope

Don't bother firing if the shot is at mid-stomach or below without ACOG- it'll just be a hitmarker

If you're going to use reg scope, use Extreme Conditioning, Deep Impact, or Dead Silence - Steady Aim won't help too much at all really

Once you see the shot is lined up, just shoot - don't wait

hated mw2 since december. to be honest, to get better at quickscoping. you have to do on mw2 private matches... just try with sleight of hand pro alot of times, then do on cod 4

just a tip for sniping. the reason u should probably have a higher sensitivity is because dragging/ drag scoping would be a lot easier when people are turning corners and when u r scoping in. u keep moving with ur left analog. it tends to mess up ur breath and u miss. try not strafing and just turn with ur right analog

Hey jjak947 a helpful tip for people who arent experienced at sniping is remember to aim a little bit in front of someone moving because the hitboxes on cod4 are a lot smaller and are infront of someone that is moving.

stop moving when your trying to quick scope. it will never work. just stop walking and scope in completely then shoot. fully scoping in increases accuracy instead of scoping in half way or not even scoping in. the bullets go straighter.
