  • is the HG20 superior to the HF20?

  • did u shoot this on 24 mbps or 17

  • what's the song at the beginning?

  • in this video did u have to buy a light or is that a setting on the camera itself??? im clueless when it comes to this

  • awsome

but next time you should set it on the dash it would be a little more steady

  • Good ol Central Expressway!

  • My god.....thanks men.

I just need a video like that...I was not sure about the quality of night videos in the HG20.....I have read some reviews about the video quality was too dark in poor light

    but damn..your video looks fanntastic.

Im ordering my HG20 this christmas (25) at amazon, hope to get a discount for holidays XD

  • Great! Hope you enjoy it =D

  • I am using the onboard mic, its really good. I like it more than the HV30. I pretty muched charged the camera, and used it out the box. I think I put it on 24p mode and default settings. No Color correction, nothing done to this video besides making it 720p instead of 1080 original. I made this video to upload onto vimeo.

  • I recently ordered the HG20 Black, not in yet. Questions: What are your settings, R U using onboard mic? Please post others with settings info, thanks. Looks like it will do much of what I expect. Thanks for the vid. Looks and sounds pretty good for a handheld under a grand.

  • They've added an HD link

  • Amazing low light. I hope to get this camera soon.

  • make sure you add the &fmt=22

  • YT's testing 720p. Append URL with &fmt=22

In the browser cache, MediaInfo says 1999Kbps VBR 2834Kbps max. Audio is AAC 248Kbps VBR 273Kbps max.

  • X That Youtube now does widescreen!

  • Oh.. So.. you didnt use the image mixer program included for importing it in the pc.. thats why.. when i imported it it turned into a .m2ts

thanks i hope this will fix my problem

  • When I actually recorded the footage, I recorded it in full 1920x1080@24p. Imported into iMovie or Sony Vegas and exported it as 1280x720 @24fps 4000kbps bitrate multipass in h.264 compression. As a .mov file. Youtube accepts hd video, just wont be full HD like how vimeo plays it.

  • hi how did you upload it here in youtube? isnt it in HD format?
