Speaking of odd fast food combos - there's always the ever popular surf & turf at McDs. Get a big mac and a fish sandwich, take the top piece of bun and burger off the mac and put the bottom bun and fish square on in its place. Then take that burger and bun and slap it on the tartar sauce covered bun. Best products not actually on the menu!

Also, loved your suggestion about blue cheese and apple. I cant believe how many people have never tried apple with cheese here. My folks are English, so I picked up a few of these things, never thought anything of them.
