Do you think it is how old the product is? The NYC liquid liner does not flake on me and I got it from target a mth ago. However, my NYX one which I had initially liked is doing that and it's horrible. I don't remember it having done that before but it just dries, cracks, and if i try to set it, it wipes off.

To answer the question....I love bold colors whether blended or color blocked and even a different solid lid color per eye. I understand the need to blend at times but I'm really over the smokey eye look. How long has that been around already?? Let's move on!
