Im going to pick #1. To be honest #1 is the more faithful to shadow's original color scheme.

Go with 1. The red muzzle and hands look strange. Perhaps a truer black and white on the body and chest respectively. Lastly, it may just be the resizing but the shading seems to be gone on the entire sprite, they should be placed back.
