You can look it up yourself, it all points the same way: Stars form before planets. Anything else is physically impossible, as the planet alone wouldn't form a nucleus (so wouldn't be a planet, but a comet)

For example, a shop left opened and unattended with any guard or security alarm, and/or * not to get something to eat/drink to avoid death or starvation.
If this was applied , Those crimes wouldn't have been found . It has strict regulations as well .

The only verse i know of for this is in the Quran, which would take away its legitimacy as a prophecy as it would be a "prophecy" revealed/recalled at the same time the "prophecy" was being fulfilled.
