DON'T pop it...... Get a rag and run it under hot hot water and apply it to the boil and gently apply pressure to both sides if it oozes then let it drain, if it's not ready don't force it. There are lots of veins in the thigh and blood poisoning is possible. Whether it pops or not you need to put a salve on it, antibiotic and cover for 24 hrs. Then let air heal. Good luck with that. My sympathies.
