Wait why did people keep telling me the graphics were better than the DS? They look the same! Jeez at least it doesn't matter since I prefer playing games over just looking at them. I just thought it was funny that they probably would buy something over the other not by taste, but a range of 5+ polygons.

@thedragonb0y PSP graphics are on a different level than the DS, which has very dated hardware even by handheld standards and they do NOT look the same. That being said, the PSP has many great games, this one included. Your assumption that people would only buy a PSP looking for better graphics and not good gameplay makes you sound like a presumtuous fool, not to mention defensive about your DS purchase. I own both a DS and a PSP and I personally enjoy the PSP much more than my DS.

yes of course he has "lifes" but he doesn't die out very quickly... and you can heal him by collecting some "stones" or whatever, i don't know what it exactly is....

i think you will like it. your weapon selection isn't as robust as ratchet, but you can still upgrade and get other fancy weapons and such. the free roaming and things you can do is a lot of fun. i may give the edge to ratchet because of the weapon selection, but jak isn't far from it. i'm pretty sure you will like it.

I love my PSP, and I enjoy these types of games, but I hated this game. I finished it yet I had to force myself to play it. Don't wanna burst any bubbles here... but you really feel like a worthless little sidekick in some pointless sidegame squishing bugs to make ends meet. I sold the game and bought a screen protector for my psp. Much better investment. The bosses were awesome. So was the matrix sidegame. But ultimately its a depressing Harry Potter Dungeon crawler.

You dont get it installd, its already on there you just have to have a wireless connection around you, Then you just go through the settings of the psp and find the connection and add it to your psp then you can go on the internet.
