I love how you say that it was a "wrong war". How about the fact that Iraq violated their surrender ceasefire/treaty from the first gulf war that required them to provide inspections of their nuclear and biological programs. They did this by violating over 15 UN resolutions. When they did that, they were then technically at war with the USA and UN. BTW, many Airforce pilots will tell u that they were shot at many times in those years after that cease fire agreement, again allowing war!

Assuming that this information is true then it should be easy to see that this is a clear violation of the "LAWS" against employment discrimination. This is especially troubling if one understands that the department of "JUSTICE" is supposed to enforce the laws that protect the rights of american citizens. Allowing and or endorsing these types of hiring practices underminds and erodes the validity and legal credibilty of the entire judicial system.
