Nice video. I love the high speed stuff. Do they have a market for those dog fish. We catch em all the time in Alaska but there is no by-catch market for them.

I am not aware of a market in MA for dogfish, which is a shame and a waste. They are the main ingredient for English "fish and chips." Treated right they are as tasty as mako or other sharks commonly marketed.
They must immediately be gutted, bled, and iced just like you would with bluefish. The steaks are great if broiled, grilled or sauteed.
