  • @knetterzak

    Hello

Euglena often live in highly polluted water (polisaprobial), poor in oxygen and home to many bacteria.

The lack of oxygen or by a bacteria infection "may be the cause of death of fish.

    Greetings

    Francisco

    P. S. sorry my bad English

  • i searched in a lot of sites and no one "explain" good how to cultivate protozoans,i want to cultivate some, please help me

    thank u

  • @super0spore0fan

    Hello,

All my vids are from collected samples. I don't cultivate anything. But you could find useful information on how to cultivate in the book:

Atlas de los Microorganismos de agua dulce - Heinz Streble / Dieter Krauter - Omega

Note: title is in spanish, I supose you could find it in english too.

If you have problems to find that book. I could try to translate pages related to culture and send you by mail.

Sorry I can't help you anymore.

    Best regards.

  • Hola

  • thx dude i needed this for science homework, hey, any clue on how it eats?

  • Euglena is a mixotrophic (holofítico because it produces its own food by photosynthesis in their chloroplasts, and heterotrophic (holozóico) by feeding on organic matter and prepared).

I hope this will serve you for your work
