I bought this game the moment it came out. This game needs some work on the buttons. its almost impossible to play this game properly coz alot of the special moves requires you to press a + b, or a +g , or g +b or a + b+ K. or a +k , b + k! ITS CRAZY!!! and theres NO WIFI multiplayer WTF?! i kinda regret buying it. unless they update it with multiplayer, i am rating it 3 stars for now.

But honestly the graphics are smooth and stunning.

The controls look absolutely horrible. iPhone and iPad will never be taken as a serious gaming device in my eyes. How anyone can play these games with touch screen controls is beyond me, especially fighting games. I will never play games like this, ever !!!

@MEGAINDIEROCK Be mindful that I customized these controls for my personal use - the defaults are different and you have a lot of freedom to make them work well. Yes, it's not an analogue control, but they respond correctly and that's the important part :)

@AppSpy Sorry for the rant, but I'm a old school gamer & always prefer traditional controls. I'll never get used to touch screen controls. Looking at it though, it's pretty good conversion of the classic & it is amazing to see how far the iPhone & iPad have come in a small amount of time :-)

People complaining about prices are simply spoiled due to such low prices on the app store.

The lack of online MP doesn't really affect me, but no local Bluetooth MP is bitter. Especially when it costs 10€.

I can get Soulcalibur 1 on the 360 for the same price and can sit down with a friend an play it.

also the touch interface as it is shown in this video makes me scratch my head. I can't see myself do throws with this setup.

As much as I love the soul series (i have port of every game plus the arcade pcb of 'edge) I'll pass. If the price gets cut to 5€ I'll think about it

WTF were they thinking when they didn't use wifi for mp that's a breaker for this game who wants to fight either really dumb or too smart ai over n over it's only good for practice. In every SCgame I'm so cheep w/taki I make ppl rage quit fighters always have exploitable cheep moves to push out of ring or get cheep kos from combos the opponent can't recover from &they breakers were always broken nearly impossible &ineffective they should take the combo dmg u receive &dish it back out but that's

This is iPhones absolute premium. Its one of the phones most expensive games. Its really straight port, except they couldn't afford to put a friggin multiplayer into it. So it makes me really worried about the future of iPhone gaming.
