Earthbound is a decent game and all but it's not even close to the greatest game ever made. The story is pretty unique but the gameplay itself is nothing special. If you want a really good game, try playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

The retro jukebox? That's a copyrighted design held by that particular manufacturer. There's tons more instances, and not enough space to call them.

@Eurt76 Don't you think we all want to buy it? Sure, such an awesome game would have to be high priced because so many people buy it, but I think any price above $70 per copy is absurd, even for a game that would have the entire world in awe for years to come.

Sorry to say but if NoA (nintendo of amarica) won't release earthbound (mother 2) on VC due to legal problems with pop culters refs and music sound a likes they won't sell it in America I mean mother 3 ( earthbound 2) been out since 2006 in japan and we still haven't gottin that it's sad I know

@ShikaNara10112 There is no legal issue. Nintendo told us that expecting that no one would know the law, and it works on pretty much everyone but me. Look into it, you'll notice that there is absolutely no infringement on any copyright in any Mother game.
