The bikini is one of Hitomi's unlockable outfits- just keep playing as her in Time Attack mode to unlock it (it's no. 13, I think). Aside from the alternate outfits, there is no customization in DOAU.

Well, you actually have 2 outfits already unlocked by default, I think, so only 11 times, actually. ^_^ And anyway... it's worth it.

its really owrth it, but ive senn that i have to own dead or alive 3 or dead or alive beach volleyball to unlock hitomi..... :´(

Yes, your Xbox must have a save of DOA3 or DOAX to allow you to unlock Hitomi.
