I always loved the parting shot that Kayla gave Angelica in this scene about her never unerstanding what Kayla had with Steve because Angelica had never been in love. LOL! I think Jack knew that he was on the losing end of this entire situation that's why he was always trying to stick it to Steve and Kayla but they always won over everything Jack tried to pull.
Yes, Jack and Steve are brothers. Their sister is Adriene. Their mother is Jo. Jack was adopted by the Devereaux family and didn't know he was Steve's brother at first.
