  • @gnosticguardian Well said brother.

  • SHIT!, I'M SOLD!!!

  • LOL @ 0:24

"F*** THIS! I'M TAKING MY PISTOL OUT!"

  • Looks like a solid product. Question for Tactical Link re: Convertible Bungee Sling. Instead of swivel connector, can I order it with a MASH hook? Thanks

  • @blinkblinknohero Yes, one can get our Convertible Bungee Sling with MASH hooks - it's called the SCAR Convertible Bungee Sling. Thanks for the inquiry.

  • I was hoping to see a running manuever, see how its kept from beating your balls.

  • @urbd115 - if you like watching balls checkout our Tactical Bungee Sling video...

  • @urbd115 I may only be a milsim airsofter but I would assume that when patrolling wheteher walking or running you would keep one maybe even tow points of contact with you weapon be it just the pistol grip (finger out of the trigger guard of course) or that and the front of your weapon whereever your comfortable I prefer to lay my weak hand over my top and right rails but I have seen people who are comfortable holding their foregrip as well as other placements hope this helps

  • Best add video I have ever seen.

  • @CassyCalv Thanks. :)

  • Why limit yourself to a singlepoint when you can have a universal?

  • @moOswe By "universal" are you referring to our Convertible Slings?

  • @TacticalLink Not just yours. Im referring to every other convertible sling thats out there. Why limit yourself at all?

  • @moOswe Roger that. :)

  • Looks like a great product. Well done.

  • WOW thats the sling i want for my DD build....one question: Do i have to use the receiver end plate that was shown in this vid with the Tac Link sling? On my DD i have already installed the DD rear receiver swivel QD point and i dont want to replace it bc i would have to restake my castle nut and i like the dd plate.

  • @dirtyboy3364 Good news for you - the DD mount is compatible with the Tac Link Sling. :)

  • @TacticalLink sweet...thank u...where can i buy tac link? the normal stores like midway , brownells, bcm etc or is there a specialty store?

  • @dirtyboy3364 You can buy it from one of our dealers or buy it directly from us.

  • @dirtyboy3364 Go to our website to locate a dealer near you or to purchase the item online via our website or call us toll-free at 866.822.5465.

    TL Client Support

  • @TacticalLink ok...sounds great. i'll probably just go to ur website....i always order things online since theres only 1 store in the area that carries anymore than a few shotguns..ha but i highly doubt they have Tac Link bc they just got their 1st eotech a few months ago lol...their way behind trend.

  • ive been lookn into getting a Raptor Bungee Single Point Sling , like the idea of "MASH HOOK" attachment's but have never used them...anyone have any input on them or the raptor sling ? sling would be used with/on SR556 with magpul RSA mount and Stark SE-1 pistol grip w/hook mount.

  • @RicardoClaro You can mod almost all real steel parts to work with airsoft.

  • Wouldnt there be situations where having a lower IR signature than your surroundings actually give you away?

  • @Furicist Perhaps, but a sling is usually not worn by "surroundings"... it's worn by an operator; and because our webbing is low/no IR our sling (and therefore the operator) will not shine like a beaming light when view through night vision optics. It's just one more thing we can do on our part to ensure that our military and law enforcement clients have the best tactical sling available to them. This mil-spec material costs more but we've never heard from someone wanting the opposite. Thanks.

  • @TacticalLink

The concept of matching the IR signature to the most typical surroundings is the whole point, but if the operator is wearing equipment has the lowest IR signature available regardless of what the typical average IR signature is given off by his surroundings, it will still make him stick out like a sore thumb if the environment didnt also have a similarly low IR signature.

  • @TacticalLink

What I am trying to say is that the whole world doesnt have a low IR signature and you will still stand out if your IR signature is at a lower frequency than your surroundings because you will be black/grey againt a grey/white backdrop respectively.

  • @Furicist Wow, based on the # of your posts, this subject matter is very important to you. Low IR material returns little to no IR signature - in other words, when viewed through NVGs the sling appears inert like the background - and that's good. Here comes a wild & crazy theoretical to support your concern: If an operator were on a mission and that operator's outfit was not low/no IR, then yes our sling would be in contrast to his outfit. But his outfit would give him away, not his sling.

  • @Furicist If you feel that your opinions are being overlooked or neglected, we respectfully suggest you bring your ideas/concerns/suggestions about low IR materials to the attention of the Dept. of Defense. When the military adopts the "low IR is bad" policy then we will conform accordingly. But for now, we will continue to offer the best product we can make using the best materials we can procure - we owe this to those who serve our country. Thanks for your interest. Sincerely.

  • @TacticalLink

I'm sorry you dont understand what I am saying, I have a few sources which explain exactly what I mean but it isnt that big a deal to get the answer. Either that or you dont fully follow the concepts behind IR signatures and/or arent reading what I am saying very closely. Just forget it, I could sit here all day and explain what I mean and eventually we would fix the breakdown in communication but it just isnt worth it!

  • @Furicist Agreed. :)

  • @Furicist I understand what your saying, and it is true, even a soldier in Low IR material will stand out against certain plantlife aswell as other backgrounds sources, but it depends upon the enviroment he is in, and other factors

  • @Korentokuulla When it comes to IR it's always good to start low, i'll use a 0-100 scale for simple comparison, typical plantlife 25-30 IR depnding on sun exposure temperature.. etc.. typical man made processed materials 50-60 so if you take a low ir material round say 10-15 meaning you wont glow like a light ..you can always say roll around in the dirt, put natural foilage on you to build your way up to whats around you as snipers do..

So moral of the story low IR is ALWAYS better..

  • @GRemiAZ i agree with you for the most part of that, and the other guy youve been argueing with will agree to that aswell but there are certain cicumstances where this sling having a very low IR emmission will make it stick out from its background,

im not going to argue, if you dont understand my point then theres no point talking to you, but stop arguing the same thing back!

  • At :19 he flings the gun around his back.. Is that a 1 point?

  • @spazoid86 Yep, that's a single point.

  • I got to get one of those for my ar now!

  • Just ordered my 360 mount and sling set. I read your item description on ebay, i didnt like the sound of my weapon "hitting the dirt". It got me thinking about my single point setup, which isnt cheap airsoft crap, YHM and magpul, but even that pales in comparison with your gear. Ive got over $3000 in lights, laser and optics on my rifle, I hate to trust it all to a $35 dollar sling mount... Look forward to securing all that hard earned money with your setup..

  • not to get off topic but what songs were used in this video if anybody knows feel free to tell me please and thank you.

  • @legodude1818 First song is blur "Song 2"

  • better than a 3 point sling

  • Just got my 360 mount and sling set. Having installed the mount yet, but god da*n does it feel strong. The sling is a lot thicker than the Magpul ms2 and BDS tactical one points I have. Cant wait to get it hooked up. +1 for Tac Link. Great, really strong gear.

  • @j044, we like your eye for detail. Yes, the Z-360 is the benchmark for sling mounts and very strong. With regards to the sling, we use the best materials we can find because we know how important it is to NOT have to worry about your gear when you're using it.

    Thanks for the comments. :)

  • skill, are u mecenaries??

  • 50-55 was fucking sweet

  • Lol this video is about slings and you ppl are talking about steak knifes and rate of fire. ha

  • Badass at 0:54!

  • nice sling, might have to pick one up. oh and for all these other people who keep talking about how weapons are bad and full-auto is bad. keep in mind guys, some of us cops and soldiers out there took an oath to protect citizens and the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. take it how you will but the 2nd amendment means we can still do our job even if there's no organized government or the government becomes said enemy. it's not an anarchist or criminal movement. we just care

  • @gnosticguardian Got your 6 if ever needed

  • shooting is a sport requiring practice and dedication. just because your hobby is to be skilled at using fully automatic firearms, a tool originally designed for combat, does not make you a criminal or a psychopath. i dont understand where the misconception that guns make people bad or particularly violent comes from.

  • Hey guys, I'm in the market for a sling on my 12'' AR that is my "every op" gun from CQB to long range precision fire. I need a sling that is easy to switch between shoulders and helps with stability at longer ranges, also it should be out of the way should I need to get to my sidearm quickly. Thank you for any suggestions.

  • If you need a sling with which you can 1) transition between shoulders and 2) transition to your sidearm then you'll need a single-point or 2-point sling. Neither of these types of slings will assist you with "long range precision fire" - you'll have to rely on the fundamentals of shooting (but you already know this). Check out our Stealth Series and our Interceptor Series - both offer the option of bungee should you want it... Thanks for your question.

  • @TacticalLink What is the difference between the raptor series and the stealth bungee series? They look the same to me.

  • The difference between the Raptor Bungee Sling and the Stealth Bungee Sling is in the connector. The Stealth Slings use a swivel connector and the Raptor Slings use a MASH Hook (even though the pictures on our website currently demonstrate HK snap hooks). Hope this helps. If not give us a call at 866.822.5465. Thanks.

  • REALLY considering haha my standard 1 point wont allow me to switch shoulders

  • @USpatriot741776

a 12"ar was wondering if a civ can get hands on one of those "all around systems".

pm me cause Im about to make a decision on a carbine system and I was looking at getting something that is all around. I like the 16" but sometimes I hear its not such an all around system.

  • @Origin305 Sorry the ar dose not stand for assault it stands for armlight.

But with some effort you can get any size that you want but it will cost ya

  • Looks to be a nice piece of kit. I may grab one up for my next SBR build. This is for halahahafl, I have a question or two for you. If you don't drive a race car why do you need any thing that moves faster that law allows? Why kill a field just to smack a little white ball in a hole? My sport is right given to me and you by our countries founders. I thank them for each and every day. I spent 22 years in the miltary to protect this right and I so very much enjoy it. MSG. 1Sgt Re.t USAF

  • Yeah thanks for serving our country man, god bless, im just wondering what do you do with your fully automatic assault rifle?

  • Any legal use. Just like I told the ATF when I purchased it.

  • what state u in?

  • A free one.

  • As opposed to a non-free one?

  • Yes. Some examples would be Cali., Mass, Ny, Nj, A few cities would be Chi town, NYC, and DC.

The reason I say "free" state is that in those other states firearms are regulated by more than just federal law. Now why I do disagree with the NF act of 1934, The update in 68, and the "gun owners protection act" of 86 that banned production of new machineguns for civilian sale. I find that they are laws that most people can agree with. This is a republic and we all have to get along.

  • @Daytonaman675

I dont really understand why law abidings cant get assault rifles.

  • idk magpul makes a pretty nice ambi-sling mount

  • If ur not shooting people on a regular basis then why the fuck do you need all that combat shit? For pretending to shoot people?

  • That's a complex question that if asked rhetorically is dumb and pointless.

However, assuming it is not rhetorical, one of the most important reasons why is that it is an American God-given right for we the people to possess combat arms so that we may defend ourselves and our Constitution from all tyranny, foreign and domestic.

And there were silencers back in Vietnam, one of the most infamous was the 'hush puppy'.

  • Do you guys really use your fully automatic silenced m4s for anything other than pretending guys are invading your property and shooting at targets? I mean i dont see the point. I get it when people own defensive pistols and shotguns/rifles but a full auto silenced AR15? I just don't understand.

  • Well, some of us use this stuff too. Sure there are alot of armchair rambos who run around with their 10.5 inch Noveske with a silencer on it just like some people jack up their trucks or tune up their honda civics, but we use a lot of aftermarket stuff because the military stuff isn't that great. We usually go buy this stuff with our own money. CQB is the "neat" thing that everyone wants to be involved in, so anything with "CQB" or "SEAL" in it sells to all the gundorks pretty fast.

  • for the one time that "all this combat shit" would save your life, compared to running around like rambo, and get your dome cracked open by a 7.62x39. This kind of stuff has been proven to lessen the time it takes to reload, reposition, aim down the sights, ect. and when you have tiny metal objects flying at 2000 fps towards you, every second you shave can be the difference between life and death. It has nothing to do with looking cool, and everything to do with being proficiant with your weapon

  • My question is when will you ever have tiny metal objects flying at 2000fps towards you as a civilan? When the chinese invade? yeah, get real.

  • hmm, I don't know, there are these people called criminals, they have these metal things called guns, they send, or "shoot" these things called bullets. Please try to keep up with the times.

  • Oh you're saying you shoot criminals with your fully automatic assualt rifle? That's hard to believe.

  • AR-15=/="Fully automatic rifle" thanks for playing.

  • AR-15's arnt fully automatic =/

  • my point exactly

    =/= means "not equal to"

  • Who says I have to do anything to harm anyone? I own probably 20 knives (if you count the steak knives) and I've never stabbed anyone.

Take your hippie "buzz word" driven paranoia elsewhere.

  • well you see, steak knives are for steak. Assualt rifles are for people (unless you target shoot). And read the whole thread shit before you assume im talking about non fully automatic AR15s

  • 3:06 thats an ugly looking mag well but hey i bet it works alot better than the regular one.

  • You need to be updated on the NFA laws in which a private citizen can own silencers, fully automatics and short barreled firearms with a BATF provided tax stamp. That law has only been in affect for about 75 years now.

  • Ah well back in my day in 'nam there was so such things as damn silencers. If we had em wede scare them godam vietnamese straight out of their scivies.

  • these work with shotguns too? haha

  • you guys rock cant wait to get one for my RRA

  • is it only for M4's?

  • no.... i have one on my ak-47

  • @MyGamer1

    And MP5 ? :D

  • no I have an Ak47 a Yugoslavian Akm actually..

  • but this this is funcional in MP5 ?

perdon yo no entender tu idioma xD y no saber expresarme XDDDD

  • yeah...

  • @pirates1515 hehe, anywhere you can mount it, m8

  • ..... Because tossing your primary over your shoulder and onto your back is efficient and consistent with reality...

The side maneuver is understandable, but the guy with the white backdrop was absurd. I couldn't tell if it was supposed to be a joke or not.

  • i think it was mostely for look at what are product can do. Id should show this to a couple of buddies of mine and film it lol i wonder how many would hit there head.

  • @ch1cag0t it wasnt supposed to be a joke. double feed malfunction and your primer sets. there goes your primary, what need is there to gently place your range queen at your side, flip that brick out of the way and move to your secondary. There is a great quote floating around stating amoung the lines of professionals training to get it wrong. I am an ex-Marine and 5 year force vet. i know that things like these may be goofy, but having them down or atleast thought of, help when they count

  • @BrainDeadGizmo Understandable, but at the end of the day, flipping back your rifle = excess movement compared to letting it drop while on your sling and switching to sidearm.

  • Reply to: @ch1cag0t

That would be a pretty boring video. Besides nothing wrong with being well versed on all kinds of trickery. Even if its not always practical. Just like a good ball player does all kinds of drills real comfortable with handling the ball. They dont just shoot baskets the exact way they will in a game. Football guys dont practice only hitting a guy. They do a million other drills and excersizes to get good. Try doing it !!! Not as easy as he makes it look

  • @BrainDeadGizmo no such things as EX Marines. only former ones :P

and i totally agree btw, lol

  • @ch1cag0t ya cause while your getting shot at, you care about how you get your empty rifle out of they way so you can get your loaded side arm

  • @ch1cag0t kinda weird seeing him do that yes still looks cool

  • @ch1cag0t actually it is..your in a firefight and your primary has a double feed..you don't don't sit there and try to clear it you go straight to your secondary..yea tossing your weapon over your head instead of off to your side is a little much but whatever it takes to get that fuckin rifle out of the way works..certain positions may not allow for a front to side toss..they are just showing the dynamics of the sling

  • gotta have one. whats the website to order one,

  • Hope you're still monitoring these video comments. I operate a Benelli M4. Do you offer mounts that will attach your Stealth sling to it?

  • Currently, our Shot-Mod sling mount only supports the Remington 870. I can say that product development is aware of this but please stay tuned for a few surprises from Tactical Link.

  • No need to swing out the Rifle when you are southpaw shooting the Handgun..he-he.. I beat em all!!!

  • same with 0:50

  • at 0:24 sick fast swap

  • looks to be a great sling, do you offer ones with less then 12" of strech?

  • Currently, there is only one version of the Stealth Bungee sling. Keep in mind that the extreme strength of the elastic material requires a great deal of resistance to reach the maximum 12". We encourage you to try it out and if for whatever reason you are unhappy, take advantage of our 30 day money back guarantee. Every penny, down to your shipping and handling, will be refunded :)

  • I'm convinced.

  • Thanks! Be sure to check out our full in of sling systems!

  • I will.

  • for something so simple... this video was so badass. haha to 2:40 that worked out great

  • Just placed my order. You guys were quick to respond to my questions via email and you went out of your way to find the answers I was looking for. You are good people and your product is very well thought out. Hopefully when I get mine in and test it out, it'll be something to brag about. Keep up the good work fellas.

  • I dont know about huckin' my weapon over my shoulder, I'd end up hitting the roof,or shooting myself in the ass.I hope he had the fore-thought to safety it.When the shooter dropped the weapon to a weak hand carry possition to draw his secondary or side arm, why not just drop it in front in the ready position draw his weapon then transition back. In CQB sittuations you sometimes dont have the room. Plus the shooter just broke 90 and where is the muzzle pointed? Looks cool but tacticaly unsound.

  • As mentioned below, we do not advocate throwing the weapon over your shoulder -- it's in the vid to catch your attention. Glad to see it worked!

  • Thanks for the great feedback!

You mentioned muzzle safety: You're right, you may drop your primary in front. The Z-360 mount's face is angled 40-degrees to ensure muzzle down safety during hands-on procedures. It is the only mount of its kind with an angled face which guarantees this.

The operators in this video are from 1st Bn 4th Marines (SOC) C co 1st Plt, and a UH60M (Blackhawk) operator. Obviously different operators employ different tactics. We're not questioning theirs.

  • No their tactics were very eye catching, and we ourselves have some fancy tricks as well. The video was excellent, I just had a couple questions is all. These men seem to be very skilled opperators. I want one of those slings myself. Well done!

  • NSWC does not utilize these slings. Unfortunately we have a GSA contract with TAG which is right down the street off the Silver strand in Imperial Beach,CA.

The owner is a former team guy so they gave him first dibs.

  • I'm sending you a private message with the credentials of the end-users in Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG) as well as NSWC Crane Div. who currently have Tactical Link Slings in hand. Tactical Link has its own GSA Contract.

Additionally, Tactical Link is currently working directly with NSWG1 prototyping a new sling per their specifications...more to come on that.

P.S. The single point sling that is shown to be IR Reflective at 1:22 is a TAG Sling.

  • wow thats so damn useful nice trickery by the guy flicking it over his head and back over

  • Looks much more manageable than a 3-point sling configuration. Wish I had the money to buy one.

  • I feel like you're going to knock yourself out cold flinging the gun over your head like that. Or send it into a ceiling tile.

  • Hahaha rest assured, we do not advocate throwing the weapon over your shoulder -- it's in the vid to catch your attention. Glad to see it worked! Thanks, be safe.

  • Sounds good. Hope to try one out soon.

  • That's great for switching your main weapon to your second quickly!

  • what if you're going to switch on your weak arm?

  • Perfect! Our single point tactical slings are fully ambidextrous. For a dynamic demonstration of switching to your nondominant side, visit our website and scroll through the photos. Or email us and request photos. Thanks!

  • That looks perfect for my AR.

Any future plans on a single point bungee for the AK?

  • Peppered, Check out Tactical Link's Raptor Bungee single point sling (found on our website, Single Point Slings; 3rd item down). It has a permanent steel HK Clip designed for any mount with a loop or "eye."

  • what is the first song called?plz

  • Blur - Woo Hoo

  • thank you

and is there any way to mount it on a g36c

  • Great Question. We had a deployed Blackwater group using HK G36's get dialed in with our Raptor Bungee Single Point Slings: This sling has a permanent steel HK Clip that works perfectly with the G36. You can find it on our website under Single Point Slings; 3rd item down.

  • and the second one?

  • Two is one. One is none.

  • @TacticalLink Please be more specific on the second song. Can't find it anyweare. Thanks in advance.

Regarding the product. Yeah, it looks kind of dangerous letting your rifle fly over your head, but the way dude does it, seems time consuming. Are there any sugjestions on single point slings for sniper rifles? (airsoft)

  • Where can i buy this and do you think that it would work for airsoft? I am planning on getting an M4 S-System and I need a good sling. So what do you think? Great Vid by the way- Good songs. One final thing, what color tactical vest should I get with MARPAT camo? Thanks again.

  • Yes, they will work with airsoft as well.

  • Wow thats amazing

  • Nice Vid! Poor slings and improper use drives me nuts. poor single points attached to the end of the butt-stock = dirt filled barrels, i see it all the time.

  • Thats an A+ sling.

  • amazing. just purely amazing. no more fumbling around for your sidearm with your m4 getting in the way. now you can actually switch weapons... with style, comfort, reliability lol

  • awesome video

  • I have seen a lot of slings out there claiming to be top notch quality , But never in all my years have I seen such a dynamic system look so simple yet be so well built and versatile as this . I own both a STAG ARMS right hand and a ROBINSON XCR I plan on getting 2 of these slings for both my weapons. GREAT VIDEO . Magpul and Blackhawk could only dream of making a sling this nice.

  • Lookin Good.

    Chris

  • We've ben using Tactical Link and its nice to finally see a video put out. No ugly hog rings or loose straps. Nice streamlined kit. Who are the guys in this video?

  • Both are active duty operators. Set up comms w/me via private message and I'll provide you their bona fides.

  • I loved it, how they changed the weapons back and forth really fast and i liked the music at the beginning a lot though i can't remember what it is called

  • Song 2 by Blur

  • This is THE best sling I have used. Everything you need it to be, and no BS extra stuff to complicate the system. Great job!

  • We're pleased to announce we now offer the only sling-mount made with TITANIUM.

  • good stuff, yes very good for double endowment

  • Love it!

  • tactfull & impressive..

    cheers

    rich

  • tactfull & tactical,nice 1..

    rich

  • Great stuff guys, makes me wish I was still in the Corps.

  • Great video. The sling looks like it performs awesome in any environment (CQC, patrolling, etc.) I'm looking forward to field testing it.

  • Sounds good brfrord! What type of AR do you own/use? Just curious.

Obviously our mounts work with all Mil-Spec and Commercial style collapsable buttstocks.

  • That stuff works believe me, I worked whit it.

  • Thank you! Tactical Link's policy is we're so confident our tactical sling systems will exceed your expectations that if for any reason within the first 30 days you don't like it, we'll buy it back from you for exactly what you paid. We'll even pay the shipping. No questions asked.

  • that also pushed me over the edge... just ordered one!

  • Excellent! We appreciate the opportunity to serve you!

  • this is a very good video!

i told my friend from the special forces to see it!

  • Thanks! We always appreciate a positive referral; especially for active duty operators whose lives depend on the quality of their gear.

  • Thanks for sending this to me Jeff... I am also on Facebook and have many investigator friends and I hope they also check it out! Fantastic!!!!

    LOVE IT!!

  • Very nice gear. can't wait to try a couple things and pass on to the guy's

    -Benjamin

  • Great vid, Jeff! What's that rockin' tune you have as the soundtrack?

  • Thanks lcdrp! Soundtrack includes clips of Blur - "Woo Hoo;" Fat Boy Slim - "Magic Carpet Ride (Techno Remix);" and Saliva - "Click Click Boom." Hope this helps!

  • This video was super! I will share it with all my buddies.

    W. Jones

  • This sling is awesome, Ive never used a better one in my life, I only wish I had deployed with this gear.
