Wow. Excuse me for liking a band that was critical in forming the Melodic Death metal subgenre. My mistake. I don't know where you're coming up with "malcore", unless you're talking about In Flames' newer albums. In that case, yes, they have degraded greatly. But their first handful of albums are spectacular. If you can't appreciate that, then that's your own loss, not mine.

Good piece, though I'll always prefer the versions of these songs found on the Live Gothic album - full band instrumentally, but they replaced her with 2 men & 2 women - the fusion of voices is masterful! This origional piece captures a bit of that, though, with Miranda leading and the band joining in. Awesome find, thanks for posting it.

Love Therion. I particularly love this combination of sweet voices and harsh guitars with that rocking, foot-tapping rhythm. This should have been a number 1 single. I defy anyone to listen to that and come out of it less happy than before it started.

I have 8 Therion albums, and I can say without any question in my mind whatsoever, that SIRIUS B is the best pure album. Great songs on every CD, but this one is a real gem. It just flows seamlessly from song to song, and every song is good. I'd rank it up there with any masterpiece of rock you could mention.
