Yes, to almost all of those. You can be an elite in Halo 3. You can create your own maps in Halo 3. You can drive covenant aircraft in Halo 3. All that leaves is: you can't be a grunt or hunter, and you can't fly a pelican. But with some mods sometime in the future, this may be possible.
