Amazing show. Notice that back in the 90's, kid's shows like this weren't dumbed down? They were as good a quality as the sitcoms of the time. They didn't feel the need to patronize kids with simple dialogue and dry humor. This is actually very good.

Disney has no plans to release this series on DVD so I wouldn't hold my breath. The Ducks are long gone.

@Thylacina The only way I know we could convince Disney to put this show on DVD is to do a petition online and get over 1000 people minimum to sign it and then send it in to the people at Disney and make them realize that they can make more money by putting the show on dvd instead of just letting those reels of film sit in that vault getting dust on them.

@Thylacina Don't be so sure about that. There is still a possibility that they might release the series on DVD someday. If your familiar with Swat Kats, alot of people have waited forever for there to be a DVD release, and it almost seemed like a lost cause. And last year, Warner Bros. DID actually release the series on DVD. So the same thing might still happen with Mighty Ducks.

@AGT619 Look, I've personally spoken to David Wise (the show's executive producer and story writer) and he told me himself that the Ducks are NEVER coming back. It's pointless to hope for something that's never going to happen. The show's over and there's nothing anyone can do about it, so just accept it and move on to something that actually matters.

I really liked this show when it was originally airing when i was in my teenage years. I am almost 30 now and i feel this show deserves to be released on DVD because it is one of the only cartoons made in the 1990's that i feel is good enough for another generation to enjoy. I just loved how the ducks would make that cop angry over them doing his job probably better than he could do it.
