have you ever actually seen them live?? chevelle sounds just as good if not better than CD quality live... this video is clearly not great quality. and plenty of bands... besides sellouts like linkin park sound great live. along with chevell.... sevendust, disturbed, godsmack, system of a down, bullet for my valentine, breaking benjamin... all amazing live. only average bands sound worse live.
Wonder What's Next and This Type of Thinking were much better albums then Vena Sera...whether this has anything to do with the departure of Joe and coming of Dean, or just a shift of ideas and song-writing...
well if Chevelle goes totally mainstream, i just hope they don't turn out like some artists and mess up their music, cuz Chevelle is like one of my FAVORITE bands. They're so good and if they're style changed a whole lot and turned into something you hear everyday, then i am going to be sad haha becuase their music is so unique and their own its freaking AWESOME!!!!!!

The Bridge is the best part of the song, in my opinion, its just something i wait for, during the entire song. I love the whole song, but i wait for that part everytime.

The Bridge is the part that goes trip-le-et trip-le-et 2 trip-le-et 4 trip-le-et trip-le et 2 and 4 and (repeat) when joe starts singing basically. the bridge of a song is technically a way for musicians to lengthen the song and resolve it by adding a new rhythm and set of lyrics typically. It usually falls in line after First verse, chorus, 2nd verse, chorus, bridge, chorus. Hope that helps.

can you tell me where you heard that interview when they said that joe didnt care.joe was in the band since he was a teenager up till now,maybe he just got bored on the road or burnt out from not having a teenagers typical life
i read that joe had up and quit several times and then would come back.. pete and sam eventually had enough, they said joe never wrote anything or ever helped with the writing process that he was more like a touring partner... and now it's ugly they are never in the same house at the same time i'll see if i can find the article for ya if ya want!?! basically in short joe was just a little bitch according to pete...
Pete's vocals were stellar in this performance. I love how he uses 6 or more guitars during a concert. I'm seeing them twice next month with my 2 kids...yay! Chevelle is a breed apart from the throngs of bands, to me. I like Dean and cannot possibly criticize the band as they evolve over time.
@ode2joy4u i dont think dean was an evolution, unless they evolve backwards. they are still an awesome band either way. just not as awesome,just my opinion. thanks for posting
@VengeanceXXV I have a bongo, but I have to say the thunderbirds have the best neck and overall feel for any bass guitar. But the bongo kills the thunderbird's tone, by far.
@VengeanceXXV Only reason I got the bongo was Guitar Center wouldn't qualify Gibson as a brand that could get a 15% off discount. Kinda lame since it is one of the biggest brands.
