No the gamecube and ps2 are region blocked. You need a Japanese camecube or ps2 to play it. There devices that let you play imported games on American systems. I know if you have a wii there a disc that lets you play imported gamecube and I believe wii games.

This Game is for both PS2 and for GC, but its Japan Only. and the only way you can play this is by import. luckily they sell the GC version with a converter cd for like i think 50 bux. so its a pretty good deal.
