  • niceeee

  • Lovely sound. I like :D

  • just splendid; wonderful and so moving....!

  • Beautiful!

  • your violin has a similar sound with hilary hahn's violin, her version of partita no.3.

i like your intonation and the speed was very acceptable for me. i get to enjoy the beauty of the music before it lasts too soon

i like that you emphasise so much on the forte, then piano

  • bravo!!!

  • Playing this piece slow is like drawing a perfect circle freehand. It's much more difficult.

  • i disagree, you would be amazed how in tune i can play this at 104 bpm :)

  • I don't deny it but I find that this piece takes a lot more control when played at the slower tempi.

  • yeah you have a point

  • Buen intento.

  • she's amazing.

  • Kuyabongeka eNgwenyama mama... outstanding indeed.

  • Nice playing and video. I liked the different angles which allowed different views of the hands. Thanks.

  • This Is Just Perfect For Me. Tempo Is Not So Fast That It Detracts From The Beauty Of The Piece, But Not So Slow That It Makes It Boring. Intonation Is Amazing. First Class.

  • Wow. Bravo.

    Exquisite.

Well done. Hope to hear more from her.

    Bravo.

    :)

  • I loved that! Thank you for posting. And do you have the first part of the Paganiniana to post?

  • It might be slow, but it's only a few hair-breadths short of note perfect - no audible shifting, no exterraneous bow noises, nothing; quite an achievement. And a beautiful sense of the melodic elements in the piece.

  • More bow will do the trick yes, but the notes are quite fast, so I guess it has to be shorter bowing.

  • Excellent

    .

  • she would be so much better if she played with the whole bow

  • i noe! she would be even betterer if she used her viola bow and played from frog to tip for each note, except for the few notes where she can use her wrist and forearm as a natural extension of the bow to reaaally emphasize the longer "special 16th notes"

  • Truly amazing

  • Mademoiselle good playing stability intonaton. You have a little problem in your bow i can not talk your your problem. I think the Preludio must be even faster

  • Beautiful.

  • Damm that was some fine playing .

Also i liked how you used the simple lighting to get a great shadow effect

  • You are awesome!

  • Fantastic!!!!!

  • Thula is a fabulous gifted artist. Shame on you losers for even thinking about criticizing her playing. Her videos are among the very best produced solo artist videos on YouTube. (I wonder if Mike paid for these?) Great Stuff!

  • I'm impressed, and I'm not easily impressed.

The speed and feel are just right - not too fast. I can actually sing along with the performance.

Typically people (me included) rush the tempo to the detriment of the music. When this work is played controlled like this, the beauty of the musical line comes out better.

  • the fingering could be more simple but congratulations!

  • It's great, but the sound is a bit "hazy" at times. Almost sounds like the bow lacks rosin. But anyways, great technique!
