Can you grind and then sprout them?

what do we achieve by this? (i can notice that the water becomes more dense but i only suspect it is oil)

@G36n No, it doesn't work that way round as grinding the seed would kill it and prevent it sprouting. Th advantage of sprouting is that it makes the contents more readily absorbed.
