  • A variation of this in muay thai/kickboxing we do is when you go down, drop flat to your chest. then go back up like he is showing. It's even more of a workout that way and utilizes your whole body.

  • Finnaly someone on youtube smart enough to realize how important cardio is. I tried to help my buddy out a while back but he just wouldnt listen only wanted to do ab excersises no cardio.

  • yeah... but u cant just do cardio.... to become this cut u need to do free weight and compound exercises.

  • Pretty much all I do is free weight, benching 300 lbs is useless in the careerfield i'm going into, but 300 push ups, thats another story.

  • 300 push ups.... thats a challenge haha! for me that would consist of like 8 sets lol! but yeah... to get a high metabolism and keep a high metabolism for between 24-42 hours you need to train hard on free weights, then hit the cardio and do some intense in terval training! u will become as cut as a knife!

  • Yea I do cardio every day before each meal nothing heavy just enough to get my metabolism going, and then have two days a week for just cardio, been doing a little bit with weights latly to get some size.
