People don't technically have the right to health care. (Should we pay the RX bills for those who eat bacon all day?) The beauty of Ron Paul is his lifelong crusade against taxation/inflation which would solve problems - health care, etc. - better than socialism. The US Constitution doesn't prohibit libraries, roads. It's gas/property tax that pays for these things; it's not a Fed. issue. He can't change the US alone - you're too used to the Bush/Clinton dictatorships.
