@galfeh I agree with you with the list of ingridients. In addition I would cook the pineapple for a bit otherwise after a few minutes the consistency of the yogurt will be watery and you would end up with a soup instead of a salad. This happened to me before when I was trying to make a pineapple yogurt... :)
interesting. In Europe they never seem to mix sweets or "candies" with fruit or anything else for that matter. I shall try it but have my fears....

Ok, so use fresh pineapple, non-sweetened coconut, skip the marshmallows and use non-fat plain yogurt...it would be ok.

yeah, as the others say it is very wasteful and unhealthy. however, i do think as a snack or dessert this is quite good. less mellow ad more apple.
