Here's something I don't understand; in this movie, Lugia only appears after Articuno, Zapdos, or Moltres have been captured, but in Pokemon Crystal, Gold, and Silver, and their remakes, Heart Gold and Soul Silver, you get Lugia after capturing the Legendary Beasts (Entei, Suicune, and Raiku), and you don't get the Legendary Birds until you go to Kanto, which is after you get Lugia. So........what gives?

@razkable Actually what happened was that around the middle of the Hoenn episodes, 4Kids proved how much they had lost touched with the franchise, so The Pokemon Company (Not shitting you, that's actually what it's called.) took the series away from them and started producing the English dub themselves. Since 4Kids used mainly contractually signed voice actors, they had to pretty much replace the majority of the cast.
